      Do not eat roti , rice biscuits rusk. Donot eat any type of floor except basen.
      No sugar. Sugar replace with sugar free natura or setivia. No gur or shkkar. No honey.
      Take protein from double toned milk which has 15 GM less fat than milk used after cream . Use this milk for making curd and chesse. By taking this milk you can save 150 callries per day per kg.
      I can take 6 egg white and 400 GM curd and 400 ml milk in break fast. Lunch daal and sabji with curd and salad. Tea with some dry fruits.
      Dinner . I take fat free cheese with curd and daal. In night milk before sleeping.
      Do not skip any meal. Protein jayda loge to weight lost Hoga. You can take one roti or one cup of rice in either lunch or dinner but try to avoid it.
      Have some exceecise like walking cycling or stair up down. Only 15 to 30 min exceecise is enough.
      Other source of protein in is soya chunks and lentils and legumes.
      Protein me sath fat v Kam leni hai.
      Oil used canola and sarso oil or ricebran
      Eat sabji and fruit mix variety . If you feel hungry then take fruits and veggies
      I can take this plan from a famous Dr in Delhi. It is very easy to weight lost by this method.
      Protein 1 GM per 1 kg
      carbs 2 GM per kg
      Fat half GM per kg.
      If weight is 100 kg
      Take 100 GM protein 200 GM carbs 50 GM fat
      Check nutrition value before eating anything and maintain this ratio.
      Best source of protein is egg white and soya chunks and double toned milk. We can take easily. 100 GM protein from them.

      Mam 62 kg weight hai mera. Sidr tummy nikla hua hai. Baki body pe fat ni. Lekin kam ni ho rha. Me egg ni khati. Pure veg. Kya khao fr mai. Weight k karan chlne me saas fulti hai. Kam kese ho.
