Ikr! I was thinking I can make aggravate with beidou DMC and albedo. Beidou for the resistance to interruption and protection and albedo for the constant crystallize shields. This way there isn’t a need for a healer as there’s pretty good survivability. Ik people don’t recognize crystallize shields as a big help, but with how often we will get them in this team, it’s will function like thoma’s shield. A new shield every second.
i was really bummed with raiden and beidou not working together but the synergy she and cyno have is everything i wanted and more with dendro being the icing on the cake.

Shredding dendro res in his base kit is really valuable tohether with the survivability he grants. Zhongli is a flex option in every nonfreeze team (bc you dont want the geo dmg to shatter)

Well. Being another dps he can also just take over the field and proc his own electrocutes. You don't have to stick to one main dps to make successful teams. A very common misconception imho.
It's okay! I mean it depends on ur play style. I myself use collei even tho her dmg is less than MC, because her boomerang skill can reach more enemies and her ER cost is a little bit lower too ^^

I use Cyno/Traveler/Xingqiu/Kuki for Hyperbloom. Start with Traveler burst, then xingqiu burst & skill, kuki burst & skill, cyno skill then burst. Main reason why I use kuki is because of her automatic electro application to proc hyperblooms and also because she's a healer. Kuki is underrated, she should be used more in this meta.
Personally, been having some fun with Cyno, Kokomi (though experimenting who might heal better) traveller and Sara (who I somehow managed to finally get c6 while pulling) Either way, having a lot of fun with him rn even if he may not be meta defining to a lot of people
I'm making an 'academia' team of Cyno, Lisa, Albedo and YaoYao and it honestly slaps. Lisa's gameplay also makes me think abt the rotation a bit more which makes things more fun considering Cyno's gameplay is just Q E E E E E which can get a bit dull sometimes. I think some ppl are just doom and gloom abt Cyno bc we don't have as many dendro characters than can synergise with him rn but his team comps can only get better as they inevitably add more dendro ppl. Unlike some characters that are limited by their own power ceiling, Cyno is actually extremely powerful even at C0 and can generate himself lots of energy particles through his whole burst duration that you don't even rly need a battery for him at 130-150 ER (Esp bc he's an electro so you only need 1 other electro for that sweet ER res). That's why his cons focus on battery potential for his off-field teammates who can't recharge during his ult. We just need more characters, esp dendro, with longer bursts which I think they will begin to add considering quickswap teams are spoilt for choice rn and they're probs pretty conscious abt overpowering old units like Keqing/EM Raiden teams. I imagine they will eventually capitalise more on characters with skills/ults that stack up dmg over a longer duration as long as you don't swap from the character that is present during that cast window (like Sara buff having a split second window to swap rather than Bennett ult that snapshots for set duration), or characters that stack up dmg/trigger reactions through normal atks.
So I’m a simple guy, but why doesn’t Raiden get love as the 2nd electro unit? I know she can often be used elsewhere, but if she is free, does her E uptime not work well? I was thinking if I do pull for Cyno my team would be: Cyno, Raiden, Traveler, and Zhongli.
I also think raiden is far better than fischl especially at c2 for cyno. Her E stays up for 25 seconds instead of the 10 seconds from fischl. In abyss, Once cyno is done. Im popping 150k burst and an additional 200k with raiden and she can get his burst up instantly.

But I find in the overworld, Raiden can be the better option because normally, mobs don't last the whole 18s of Cyno's burst and he really needs the battery capability of Raiden
After like an hour of "testing" i believe that keeping Cyno on his 100% uptime is not that good,because the off-field ER the rest of the team needs is huge,Cyno may battery himself to an extend,but the others can't do so at least not while loosing DPS in order to recharge quickly,yes emblem is great and some favonius weps too,but,Cyno can have 10-18 sec up time,i think that keeping the Hyperbuffed uptime is okay with around 12sec of obliteration time,the problem would be his burst cooldown but then the rest of the team can still output damage while everyone recharges and then repeat again the insane window,i got cyno just at lvl50 no talents upgraded and trying a shorter uptime wasn't so bad since the damage window was hugr due to the buffs,Cyno with 2 pieece TF and 2 wanderers,and deathmatch,shield ER zhongli,emblem full damage yelan and tenacity favonius kuki,the team did great,switched yelan for kazuha and the damage is similar,with the added crowd control that is always good,but now that this video is out,further testing is required,what if i end up playing double DPS ayato and Cyno on the same team? It'd be crazy!
Every update makes me love ayato more lmao, i play him as hypercarry with yunjin and candace now, i would put dmc for lots of bloom but i would have to stack em on yunjin while also giving her defence just to make that team survive, then cyno came home and i experimented a bit giving ayato emblem set and oh boy, his ult is an awesome buff for cyno, it lasts forever and applies enough hydro to trigger bloom, 20% NA buff from ayato + yunjin + dmc and cyno is an energy hungry team but i have been having lots of fun with it
I use the cyno traveler candace and yunyin and that was the most high damage that i can make with him, i have 0 survavility and its posible to make a better job with c6 candace but probably i will make another compo for a carry cyno, thanks for the video btw
Right now I’ve been switching between cyno beidou kuki and mc or cyno xingqiu beidou and mc I can’t tell which I like most but the first team feels the most smooth and it’s where I think I’ve seen the most damage 60k mortuary rite
Amazing vid just missing one very important point, just do 1 abyss floor on all teams and write down the times so we have a comparison in strength, yes all the teams are viable but probably some work like 50% better then others.
*My team is composed of CYNO > JEAN > FISCHL > DENDRO MC. I'm prone to interruption but hey, C2 Jean helps a lot with Fav sword and Fischl as well. super battery means more I-frame :)*
It isn’t fischl will be better since her c6 will proc aggravate more and she deals a ton of dmg. And as she said in the video raiden doesn’t fit in cyno’s playstyle since she takes field time in a non-oriented raiden team
@@brunotupia2114 raiden is usually a better battery if not the better electro for aggravate.. plus you can just click raidens ult for thicker enemies in abbyss then swap to cyno instantly.. I found this comp much smoother than and easier to clear floors than using fischl

I tried overload/electro charged with Thoma, Beidou, XQ. It's a comfy comp and Cyno can run around without the problem of a burst working in an aoe (dendro MC)

Not ridiculous at all, the geo duo can slap in any team and will perform well. Last slot could be Xingqiu for his high dmg and duration, or dendro mc for aggravate
Yes, as mentioned in the vid, his best taser teammates are xq and beidou, last slot is flex with either hydro electro anemo geo chars. Jean especially at C2 with fav sword will be a great pick
Such a dilemma, electro only has 2 male chars and dendro only has 2 support chars :))) you should try hyperbloom team then, cyno xq dendro mc zhongli/kazuha
If candace is c6, her burst is a workable hydro applicator. However she will still get more utility from a team that makes use of aggravate or bloom, simply because building high EM on cyno synergizes so well with his kit and with the dendro/electro reactions. (Electro charge has lower multipliers than reactions with dendro)
I tried Fischl and Diona (with Cyno and Traveller) and while Diona did trigger a few superconducts, it didn't seem to rob me of my aggravates. I'm not a math guy, though, so you might want to test it on a mob and see how it goes.

Afaik Fischls BiS set is still TF even with aggravate. You'll want the typicall atk or EM/electro dmg/crit main stats.

4:36 Barbara's skill doesn't do damage, so Sac Frags doesn't work unless clam set counts as skill damage.

What artifacts would work on sayu and lisa? Also am I able to swap sayu for heizou?
One support that I thought about too, was Sayu. Her burst would refresh the VV effect in the middle of Cyno's burst, and the healing would be a bonus.
VV only works if the VV character is on-field when the swirl occurs

Not ridiculous at all, the geo duo can slap in any team and will perform well. Last slot could be Xingqiu for his high dmg and duration, or dendro mc for aggravate
For hyperbloom, is the one who creates the core yelan/xingqiu or traveller?

Yes, as mentioned in the vid, his best taser teammates are xq and beidou, last slot is flex with either hydro electro anemo geo chars. Jean especially at C2 with fav sword will be a great pick

Such a dilemma, electro only has 2 male chars and dendro only has 2 support chars :))) you should try hyperbloom team then, cyno xq dendro mc zhongli/kazuha

but candace doesn't work with Cyno. your suggestion doesn't make sense
If candace is c6, her burst is a workable hydro applicator. However she will still get more utility from a team that makes use of aggravate or bloom, simply because building high EM on cyno synergizes so well with his kit and with the dendro/electro reactions. (Electro charge has lower multipliers than reactions with dendro)

Is it possible to run Diona in an aggravate team or would it just result in superconduct instead?
I tried Fischl and Diona (with Cyno and Traveller) and while Diona did trigger a few superconducts, it didn't seem to rob me of my aggravates. I'm not a math guy, though, so you might want to test it on a mob and see how it goes.
