My toes are discolored and always cold. Sometimes they develop small blood blisters and it’s painful to walk. This usually occurs in the colder months. One doctor diagnosed it as chilblains/pernio. Another diagnosed it as Raynaud’s syndrome. I had a segmental arterial pressure test last summer and the circulation is very good. Going to try the magnesium glycinate. None of my HCP have mentioned that. So, thank you.

Sugar is addictive but i like walking and not being in pain a whole lot better. By listening to this channel many of us have put an extension on our lives. There is no expiration date on our birth certificate. Stay away from sugar like this great healing doctor has taught us here.
Thank you! I find our bodies so interesting. Sometimes complex and confusing though lol. Like last few days i had pressure and odd chest feelings, but by yesterday i got thinking maybe it was a build up of #2, and so i took things to help it along. Sure enough that must of been the issue because for first time in a few days i was able to sleep comfortably. Thanks again for all you do.
I find this video helpful. Thank you for the free information!
Thanks Dr Berg for sharing this video. May God blessed you and your family!
Thank you Dr.berg all of that is me I now know what to do.!
Foot edema, common, common, common! Please do more on this foot topic.
Am working on it. Had to restock with B1 tomorrow, now to be sure so get the best one in town - Benfotiamine you say? Benfotiamine it certainly shall be 🙂.
Having the numb neuropathy on toe & some finger tips, I'll be eagerly receptive for any improved changes of course;-)
Certainly there's been a substantially noticeable positive improvement in well being feeling & appearance since following the considered dietary advice here, Looking very good Doc.
I also take the TTFD form of vit b1 in addition to benfotiamine. Benfotiamine alone didn't work for me. Just in case you're like me.❤
I remember one of my nursing professors telling me 30yrs ago, we come into this world head first, but the first signs of dying come from our feet. I always thought that was very interesting.
Thank you Dr. Berg👑🏆

Dr. Berg, what about cold feet? Is that a sign of bad circulation due to a deficiency or something? I usually have to soak my feet in warm/hot water every night before going to bed because my feet are freezing. Thanks for all you do!
Great video!!! Thank you for doing this one.

Dr. Berg, what about plantar fasciitis? it has plagued me off and on for years--very painful.

@Drberg my brother is a diabetic he had a terrible foot infection they had remove skin from the top of his foot to do surgery and try to cut out the infection after pumping him full of antibiotics add a month later finally got out of the hospital and I talked him into taking Benfotiamine
Hello there! The magnesium type for constipation is magnesium citrate. It supports digestive health and can relieve constipation. Vitamin B1 can help promote regular bowel movements. Castor oil and senna are also good natural remedies for constipation.
Thank you Dr Berg
