Listen to Miller talk after the credits; Miller said he will play his part and will continue to back Venom and later train his sons to go against Big Boss as he feels betrayed by Big Boss (rightfully so because Big Boss becomes a giant bitch, running away and hiding like he did).
Christopher Imperiale but he didn’t know at the beginning of The Phantom Pain. That conversation between Miller and Ocelot took place at an unknown point in time before the Truth Ending
