Great recipe!! a quick tip:) slowly fold in the whipped cream INTO the pastry cream in 3 stages instead (principle is to fold Looser texture into firmer texture in stages), that will completely avoid lumps and avoid over-mixing the cream.
It hurts me know that I will not taste these and they look delicious.Its a lot lot lot of work and concentration.Maybe one day I will try them.South Africa
Hey there, you say 70g flour but what sort of flour do you intend? Is it normal fine white or other? Thankyou so much. Also I can't eat wheat gluten so can I replace it wth G'Free or fine almond flour?
