The darker is even better. Just a suggestion: I think that the black background used in the wide shots changes the white balance on the camera and blows up the colors and contrast. The light background used on the closer shot make the models look so much better. And there's a shift in color and contrast on the final photos too. Sometimes it's hard to know what are the real colors
The best time on my video to distinguish exactly what it looks like is with the closer look. The closer look shows the model perfectly to the way it looks in person. The ending I usually try to go for a little bit more of an artsy kind of look to show off the beauty of the models but I use an older camera to capture the images the way I like them but it usually causes the images to be a little darker. The other parts of the video like the beginning and comparisons and stuff drive me insane. I've been trying EVERYTHING to get a perfect lighting setup for those areas and it seems like the more I try, the further I get from succeeding. Apologies for those issues.
@@andysdinosaurreviews I completely understand. I also have a tiny corner to work and the lighting / filming situation is complicated. When I took the pictures with my camera, I changed the white balance from auto to manual and I think the camera locks on the white background and doesn't shift depending on the focused subject. But I'm not sure if that can be set on video, I assume it's possible. But it's just an observation. The videos are already very cool

I like the black better overall, but the head is painted better on the green.

As nice as they are, I would much rather have the neck and head the same colour as the body, and Haolongood really need to start adding dark washes to both versions of their figures, without it the darker figure just looks unfinished
