100% first key of interior design is customer service...sales reps knock doors, inspect, then sell to customers. You definitely DON'T want to JUST be a door knocker the income isn't there, it's there as sales rep or a project manager.
Never have I ever seen them talk about the actual roofers anywhere it's just the growers the business makers,. It feels too fake it until u make it. No way 3nyears u figured out the perfect formula.
Typical starting roofing company. get bunch of sale reps. Sale to a lot to unsespecting homeowners, hire a bunch of low wage immigrants. Proceed to pay them 10% revenue get 90% of pfofit without breaking a sweat. Easy money.

Business, no matter how many pretty interesting salesman u have if u can't install a roof. Unless ur saying that installing roofing is so easy anyone can do it. Not worth mentioning.
Sorry it is what my company needs actually I've got roofers earning a living and right to have freedoms in our country but I don't have americans that want sell and get paid equal to there value, which is exponentially increased with great culture and social affirmation. They even ad towards that, the person who may not feel like they fit in anywhere else look here u can get all the affirmation u need just to goal line make us money
