Jesus, Imagine if Charles Lee Ray/Chucky met this Robotic Chucky
He’ll probably smack him with a Glass Angel and then bury him
That would be a nice sequel
haha someone said wizards (since he used magic) vs robots would be a basketball game LOL
I would love that. No one messes with the Chuck
If I saw old chucky or new chucky I would kill them both their both ugly
First! A lot of people are still misunderstanding this: I STILL make live-action videos, they just take longer to make and I put more care into those videos. These cartoon reviews are meant to be a new way to cover stuff quickly and fill the gap between my major, live-action vids. Please be patient while I make my big videos, the wait will be worth it.
Doctor Wolfula 2nd😔
I eat da poopoo
Its all good. The More content the better. I rather have some easy to make content than have an upload every other month.
Andy named the doll Han Solo because mark Hamil aka luke shywalker as a star wars reference
@@MrAaronthebomb Mark Hamill was casted in post production. They were still casting Chucky's voice during test screenings and used a temp voice.
They resurrected Orion just to murder it again.
Airstrike *activates*
Chucky is way scarier as concept with a human serial killer being in a doll's body rather than some animatronic gone rogue. It explains how he can outwit and manipulate people much better.
This is what I was afraid of, an original movie trying to call itself something that pop culture knows, but it’s not..
Actually the reviews haven't been too bad for a horror movie.
@@BaranoffIsaac Cult is bleh, Curse was eh and Seed was just plain awful. Don Mancini doesn't deserve this series anymore.
@giftofgab247 Exactly but ppl are to blind to see they got to many sticks up there asses if Don never made a chuck movie after the first 1 ppl would love this reboot And besides don turned something scary to a dumb ass clown character I hope he really tries his best on this tv show and he need to embrace the voodoo more because if he don't the show will flop and so will he. I'm with MGM man
@@BaranoffIsaac I know I'm just coming across this now, but what's your beef with James Rolfe?? Lol dude is an internet legend and the AVGN is a pioneer of RUclips
T-.001. Chuckinator. Come with me if you want to play
Good one ! I freakin died when I read your comment. ( And in my head I read it with Schwarzenegger's voice too LOL)
Lol
“Don’t Fuck With The Chuck!”-new Ad lib Buddi catchphrase
🤣🤣🤣
I was thinking the same thing about Aubrey Plaza seeming more like Andy's babysitter.
Definitely seemed more like an older sister
When your mom has you at 16 the relationship is genuinely like that trust me LOL
@@kimmmmp6174 oooOooOo 😏
It seemed pretty true to mother/child dynamics with that kind of small age gap, but again, I think it would have played out differently if Andy was younger, like in the original
Also I really liked seeing a new take on the relationship of Andy and Chucky, it was honestly really interesting seeing this lonely kid literally befriend a doll, then heart breaking to him and his new friend have to dispose of it (the first time). The second time wasn't so hard to watch and Chucky had gone beyond the deep end.
Chucky looks like the goosebumps dummy doll
you wanna see a goosebumps dummy doll murdering people watch Dead Silence
Slappy’s appearance in the 90s goosebumps episodes creeps me the hell out.
When you said robot pal I couldn't help but think of the Awesome-O South Park episode lol
Thing is, is that it wouldnt be a good idea NOT to use the Childs Play name.
Its a doll that essentially comes to life, kills people, it has comedy, it has a kid that knows that the doll is responsible for the killings but no one believes him, and the doll talks. Althuogh it has nearly no ressemblance to the original, it still has the same skeleton.
If they didnt make it a Childs Play movie, it would be attacked for being a Childs Play rip-off.
Maybe they couldve set it in a different world and called the movie "Buddi" but still. Theyd have to basically confrim it as a Childs Play movie, or in a Childs Play universe.
SOOO MUCH YES! My biggest issue is not with the overall concept, but the fact that there's this random 'buddi' design in the middle of apple-LIKE products produced by this tech company. The fact is OG Chucky was a doll (a thing that shouldn't walk around and say anymore then catch phrases) that comes to life and is doing things a doll shouldn't be able to do. They remade a movie about an evil doll and threw out the base concept of it being a doll. Making a movie that's an illogical merger between Child's Play and a black mirror episode. It made have some good points, but at the end of the day "Child's Play" was only slapped on it to guarantee ticket sales.
Didn't need the "Child's Play" name. People would like it more if it was its own thing.
Remake
watch m3gan and you'll have it
People keep complaining about the "evil switch" concept. First off, it wasnt an evil switch, the worker turned off protocols that let the buddi doll learn too much to prevent it being a hazard. This is a reallistic concept since todays companies working on ai have ethics boards in order to make sure the ai cannot become sentient. Chucky is an ai not a robot or smart device like alexa, therefore it would need limits on its learning especially since its family friendly. The last thing anyone would want is someone training an ai to kill. Which is what happened when all limiters were turned off.
Exactly and it wasnt even clear if his intention was to make the doll a murderer at all, more like he was a disgruntled employee who wanted to ruin the company by removing the safety protocols to bring the company in to a negative

@@christophercarlisle7887 yea, exactly. I feel like this plot point works so well. People just seem to be stuck in the past.
That sounds less and less like Chucky. Why didnt they just make their own movie instead of remaking a classic that already had its own story?
@@filmfangirls9163 the same reason there is a million origin stories for super heroes.
@@MalitiaHDOfficialThere's a reason Clark Kent is always a guy from a small town in Kansas and Bruce Wayne is always a millionaire who lost his parents tragically. You can update all you want, but the base concept is what keeps the identity. You can tweak a lot, but there's a point where you throw the baby out with the bathwater. OG Chucky is a human trapped in a doll and all the previous Child's play movies are about a human named Charles Lee Ray who's Nickname was Chucky. It's where the creepy humor and personality comes from, who he was as a man. New Chucky is a badly designed West World Robot with a child-like identity. If they hadn't been super attached to a Chucky rebrand, perhaps the design of killer Child-like robot could have looked more Kaslan and less forced 80s look on a modern product.
Fun Fact: The remakes story was actually Don Mancini’s original script for the original Child’s Play and Chucky was meant to be named Buddy
I gotta agree, the Chucky remake would’ve worked well as an original horror film instead of being a remake of a film that’s completely different from the original source material
Real talk: I have BPD but had to laugh at the 7:28-7:37 description. Sounds like it indeed!
This movie did an incredible job in the first half of making me feel bad for a killer doll.
4:22 - 4:27
And that's exactly how I feel about this movie! Thank you, Doctor Wolfula!
Just saw this movie and it was so much fun, one of the better horror movies in a while. Chucky looked odd but I appreciate seeing the progression of him going from malfunctioning innocent doll to psycho killer doll.
Tru

“one of the better horror movies” lmao 😂
@@damien1781 If you're going to quote something, be sure to do so fully, and within context.
RolyaRain i’ll do what I please, what are you going to do about it?
I'm just imagining the director of the original Child's Play movies saying "Damn you remake!"
The non-violence box was unchecked in Chucky's settings menu?!!?
That sounds just plain silly!
SeanDoubleJ why is there even a violence option
Ghostwriter It sounds like a parody
Right, it also just obliterates any dismissal of Chucky's behavior as impossible and preposterous. Kaslan would HAVE to know what happens when the Buddi dolls safety parameters are switched of. The incident in the final scene at the Grand release would have been a PR nightmare and the criminal investigation would have revealed everything about Kaslan. What made the Good Guy company somewhat immune was the supernatural voodoo of Dambala that caused an impossible preposterous event to occur to create Chucky and guarantee his immortality.
Because a white American serial killer that knows voodoo isn’t silly.
@Matt Ghostly But his friend was black. ;(
you seem to have missed the plot a little... the doll wasnt programmed to be a killer doll it was void of any safety measures. the kids accidentally made him a killer doll via exposing it to and encouraging violence. In the end his goal was simple to be andys best and closest friend. so theres also the obsessive friend twist. I liked it better than anything thats come out after bride of chucky.
my only downside was now when chucky gets the inevitable mangling at the end it is gore free...the first three where gold in that aspect...even the other 4 got that right but when we finally get the kill on him here...it was more like the printer scene from office space lol
@@josephtyndall7411 i agree i do like that aspect and to be fair i couldnt blame chucky
I liked it better than everything that came out after child's play 3
@Turd Ferguson Cult sucked
Out of all my years searching RUclips for channels worth watching, finding Doctor Wolfula has been one of the best finds. Thanks for videos, looking forward to this years Ahhctober.
Edit: Also, I didn't hate this movie, bit didn't love it. I enjoyed it for a being a horror movie I watched after a long day at work and fell asleep thinking- Ok, that was a movie.. I'd like to hear your opinion/review of Barbarian.
I didn't mind the remake too much, but the original still has a special place in my heart as it was the film that kickstarted my interest in the horror genre. I do want to give props to the attempt though! I found it still to be an enjoyable time at the cinema and I wouldn't mind seeing it again when it releases on DVD or something. Overall not too bad. (Also, I could only keep imagining The Joker when Chucky spoke lol)
This movie could have had an interesting mystery element. Imagine if someone was behind the murders, using the dolls to carry out his killings. Maybe at the end it'd be discovered that the murderer was the serial killer from the original
That is a clever Idea!
Harmon Lanager ya
Charles lee ray?
Harmon Lanager That would be a great update to the original script since apparently Andy was planned to be the killer with Chucky being the scapegoat.
Seeing Chucky's eyes turn red especially when he's in the dark is scary.
I love this remake because it actually fills the role of a remake, it has a reason to exist outside of the original childs play series. It has great scenes of homage and it was just all round enjoyable! Its a wonderful take on the "alive doll" which gives us a taste of what chucky would have been if the original 80's films didnt exist! It fits the time era too, back in the 80's dolls were incredibly popular and now the nee it thing is technology, it only makes sense to me and i loved the film, i do recommend it.
Chucky looks more wierd than scary
Mark Hamill as Chucky joins the remake group
Members of this group
Jackie Earle Haley: Freddy Krueger
Derek Mears: Jason Voorhees
Tyler Mane: Michael Myers
Andrew Bryniarski: Leatherface
MTV: Ghostface
Bill Skarsgård: Pennywise
Stephan Smith Collins: Pinhead
and now Mark Hamill: Chucky
Edit: Stephan Smith Collins can now be replaced with Jamie Clayton
Finally a new Doc Wolfula video!
Chucky is so bizarre in this movie!
Loved the Simpsons reference, Doc.
I’m a horror fan. My favorite slasher series has always been Child’s Play, I’m a die hard fan and was really scared about how this was gonna end up. I was worried it was going to ruin the sanctity of the original by calling itself a remake. I saw a special showing the day before it came out and it wasn’t that bad honestly! I mean it’s not as good as the original obviously, but it wasn’t nearly as bad as I thought it would be and I think it makes a good stand alone film.
Child’s Play(2019) was a throw away remake. I just hope they carry on with the Child’s Play show. And we can all forget all about this.
How did you like the show
Speaking of Orion, I wonder if Doctor Wolfula plans on reviewing The Belko Experiment eventually. It's a movie I've heard described as also having a little bit of an identity crisis because James Gunn originally wrote the movie as a dark comedy in the late 00s, but somewhere along the lines the script was picked up by others who opted to turn it into a Battle Royale inspired film, leading to a movie where it's not 100% clear if it's supposed to be taken seriously or seen as the dark comedy Gunn originally intended (fact one of the characters is played by the same guy who played Dr. Cox in Scrubs doesn't help).
I swear, and I've mentioned this before, but the new "Chucky" is literally Data from Star Trek if you flipped his ethical programming off. Now that he's been sent to Hell and back, the sequel is going to turn him into Lore.
I was surprised the reviews have been as positive as they are (it's a horror movie after all). The biggest complaint has been the look of Chucky.
Which to me is surprising given that the design is the least of the film's problems, the movie isn't terrible but it's painfully mediocre.
I remember people saying how crap the new chucky doll looked.
Pretty much my thoughts. Its not bad or good. Just eh.
It felt like it was trying to be a episode of Black Mirror, blended with stranger things and CHild's play. Which could work potentialy, but like you said it just suffers from trying to be a child's play movie.
Honestly I think that Charles Lee Ray should've been in the film he could've been actually pretty great I mean he could plot twist be the owner of the dolls and be reprogramming them to murder people.
Mr Boerger Or he could have been the owner of the tech company in the movie.
Yeah YEAH that would've kicked ass.
Brandon Spain these pukes hating on the movie wanted the same shit again lmfao. Childs Play 2019 is how a remake SHOULD be. Fuck what any of these goofs are typing about.
It's an interesting concept in my opinion, sure the original is iconic and most people love the original but taking Chucky in a different direction has potential, I like to see this version of Chucky as more of an Alternate universe, a Chucky-verse if you will, in one universe Chucky is a doll magically possessed by a serial killer, in another universe Charles Lee Ray Doesn't exist however not as a human, in this universe Chucky is an advanced Animatronic Doll that was tampered with and just happens to have glitched out the name Chucky which makes sense within context of an alternate universe, the idea we all exist in every universe in the multiverse however we exist in different ways hence a different Chucky would make sense multiverse wise, I see it as an expansion of the franchise in multiple directions, and the idea of re-imaginings has ALOT of potential in my opinion, well that's how I see it anyways, but I do see where your coming from, it could have been handled somewhat differently, also I enjoy your Channel and thus is the first video I've seen and I already like ya, subscribed 🙂👍
That chick Aubrey has _Zero_ range.
She’s like Seth Rogan, a *one trick pony.*
Thank you for articulating my thoughts! I just found your channel and I dig it. Thanks for the hard work and great review!!!!
When I first watched the trailers and got the basic plot synopsis, I thought to myself "Oh, no. They pulled a Jumanji 2 where they could've had an original name, but they slapped an iconic name onto it." Sadly, it looks like I was right.
I thought this movie was really good. It tried something different compared to the original franchise and succeeded in my opinion. The kills were really good, Andy was great and had a great relationship with his mum and Chucky. Chucky was okay but could have been better plus I didn't exactly like the group of kids here but I though this movie was pretty great. 4/5 from me
I agree with you. Not a masterpiece but it was really entertaining. It did what a remake needs to which is explore a new angle.
@@phil7144 agreed
Ok, but why not give it some props for trying something new so we don't see the same shit over and over again. And a good movie to shit on for fun is 2018's Slenderman if you haven't already done it
I agree
I really liked Slenderman, I didn't mind it. It's better than most of those fan films to me. I'm not even a big fan but I liked that movie.
Because its not Childs Play. Its calling itself a remake yet has nothing to do with the original content. Its like the Mother Day remake.
@@filmfangirls9163 "has nothing to do with the original." I assume you were dropped on your head as a baby.
This Sounds an awful lot like the 2014 version of Robocop. "it's Different!...and it's OK I guess?"
Totally agree with the casting of the Mom. I'm surprised they didn't catch that.
Beautiful vid as always. Keep it up Doc!
Thanks for the review Doc. I've avoided everyone else's reviews to wait for your take on it. I'm sure that I will eventually watch this, but I think I'll wait for it to come out on streaming or VOD. I hope you, Ghoulash, and Cyd are enjoying your summer so far. Thanks dude!
This movie feels like if Black Mirror tried to make a killer doll movie.
Literally that's the right way to describe this movie: Identity problem.
The film is just weird in how tries to handle itself with the ideas it tries to bring to the concept, it doesn't know what it wants because you can do literally anything with the story. If they wanted a franchise of this, they should think better what to do.
i'd totally forgotten that this movie existed.
Honestly, I was pleasantly surprised by this movie.
I felt like Andy sort of, in a way pushed Chucky away and off the deep end by in hindsight bad choices. I know eventually Chucky would have went off the rails but it seemed to me he genuinely cared for the boy.
Don Mancinies original idea is the AI gone rogue concept as used in the remake. The studio didn’t like it and made him add the voodoo concept and Charles Lee Ray so honestly it feels like a slap in the face to Don Mancini because they jus ripped off his original idea that wasn’t good enough for them in the first place. (But I could see Brad and Don working this into their material and seriously making fun of it so bad)
the fact that they wove texas chainsaw 2 into the storyline was beyond cool. leatherface from texas chainsaw 2 actually taught chucky to kill, i mean how cool is that? major points for that 1.
That new chucky doll looks like christopher walken doll. Odd looking.
If they wanted to make a reboot and make changes they could have included Charles Lee Ray by having him hack the doll. They could have done changes like let that cop guy be Andy's dad and Charles would manipulate Andy and use him to get more information on the dad because he keeps because they have history of the cop trying to arrest him. They could have had Andy be 6 years old like in an old movie so it would be easy for Charles to manipulate him.
As a doll the og Chucky at least when it was first possessed it was adorable. The doll in this movie looks creepy even before it's activated
This Chucky looks like a tiny Scott Speedman lol
For remakes, I thought this one was okay. Love Mark Hamill so naturally, he was the highlight for me. I can appreciate that it was a different take, fun kills, and an easy watch, for it was barely 90 minutes. Lastly, didn't take itself too seriously. It's a fucking doll killing people. Just silly.
Well, I did enjoyed this version of movie Doc. However, I do agree with you that the design of the doll was terrible. I'm glad that they went this version of Chucky because we seen enough of the possession dolls cliche in horror movies now.
Chucky looks like a duck having a stroke in this movie
Oh my God the new Chucky looks like Michael Myers mask from Halloween 6
“Lumpy hunk of cellulite” had me cackling so much
Like your stuff, man. Great vid and subbed.
Great review dude!! You rock dude!
This movie was a 7.5/10
It was so much fun and actually good
Toy Story 4 instead? HA! Saw em both the same day 🤷🏽♂️😎
Which one you watched first
Johnathan depth Toy Story 4 around 10 am and then Child’s Play around 1 pm
Did you enjoy it?
Jamie Harrell I absolutely loved Child’s Play. Toy Story was great too but that was expected. I wasn’t sure about CP
Tripper Getem I got to see toy story four and I got to be honest I loved it but I was bawling like a baby but I haven’t seen Childs play yet but I want to go see it so bad
Loved hearing your thoughts on this - I'm definitely going to go see it but I'm so torn about it - not sure what to think *insert heavy sigh here*
I agree this movie wasn't great too. Had some cool scenes in it though. Calling it childs play was a mistake but I guess money and the fact that people know the childs play name and chucky they had too. Dont think I will ever watch this again.
Well, I know it's a little late to comment on this video, but I'm gonna anyway. Overall, while I don't think this movie is as good as the original, I'm also not comparing it to the original. It does it's own thing, makes Chucky sympathetic and strangely more realistic, at least from a personality stand point, and it makes me eager to see what any future sequels will be like. While his appearance looked really odd to me at first, it kind of grew on me as the film went along. Not perfect, but better than most remakes. Killer ai/death drone.
2:56 I laughed ‘smoking crack' the best part 🤣
I finally watched it and had such mixed feeling. It felt like it wanted to multiple things for sure and Chucky's face was so hard to get into.
the animation is wonky because it’s literally a doll. not a human possessing it, just a doll. it’s supposed to be animated like an actual doll.
The reasoning is irrelevant if the effect doesn't carry it well enough, which I don't feel it does.
Ambition without competence becomes stupidity.
How come chucky never had to be re charged
Kind of ruined movie for me
Brian Weston II that would be funny if chicly just ran out of battery in the middle of the movie
The_Quarter_Mexican I’m big into drones . And if they were trying to mock dji . Their drone life is 20-30 mins each . I’m sure their first time around robot would have a battery life similar to a laptop (maybe) 3-6 hours max ... my guess
Maybe he was plugged in lol much love brother
Something that little ruined a movie for you? Damn your life must be miserable
liltbone22 huge hole in the plot
Brian Weston II Not really
If you like to see a killer doll that involves technology, then great this movie is for you. I respect that.
Though, I have mixed feelings about this movie. It isn't considered part of the franchise, it does fulfill being a REMAKE of the original, but i'll always loved the 1988 more than this. While the 2019 was okay, it will never take me away from the famous original franchise. I like the modern take on this 2019 movie and including technology, but it was just cringy. One thing i found out, that was just disrespectful was that Don Mancini was going to make something to continue from Cult of Chucky but his and the original script was rejected. He wanted to answer the fans and share his creativity in continuation of the original franchise which im so happy he got to do in the new Chucky TV series!!!
adding on ^ i agree with everyone that the 2019 look for chucky was just.....not it lol but hey it was a MODERN remake movie after all so everything was remade into its own and creative in its own way.
I give it a 6/10
Great review Doctor Wolfula, I agree this should have been a new property and not a remake of Child's Play!
Ooooh That Chucky TV series sounds awesome!! Hopefully they can pull it off! Incredible review!
It has Don Mancini and the Dourifs, it'll be fantastic
The TV show im all in!!
Uhh why would there be a “Violence” adjustable option in the software to begin with for a kids toy???
Yeah they should have cut that out, the safety off part was enough
this wasn't a bad movie what-so-ever. sure, it has its flaws, but i think it was a good retelling of the original story! it's updated to fit with the newer generation, and it definitely worked. i took my 8 y/o cousins to watch it and they absolutely LOVED it! we're older now, and of course a walking, talking doll isn't going to scare us. why do you think as more of the original Child's Play movies came out, they became more of a comedy, rather than a horror film? if they were to slap a different name on it, reviewers like you would criticize a film like this for being "too much like Child's Play!" it had its flaws, but even the original movie had flaws. i think we need to be more accepting of more modernized remakes. one reason the "IT" remake was so well received was because the time-frame was moved up for younger generations to relate to it more, but even with "IT" i don't think any of us can genuinely say Pennywise actually scared us, unlike the original. that's because we've growed up and thinks like dolls and clowns don't scare us anymore. take the new Halloween movies for instance, they had to change the whole "Michael Myers is supernatural and immortal" concept because that just isn't scary these days. it's more realistic to our generation for a psychotic murderer to just snap and kill anyone in their path. i think we should open our arms and be more accepting of these new ideas and remakes of movies we all grew up with because not only are they aimed for us (the original audience for the original movies) but they're modernized and catered towards the upcoming generations as well. that doesn't make a movie bad!
The origin needed to be darker. They needed to have the disgruntled emloyee treated worse, make him crazier. Like he was a lead designer who had ideas for new dolls whos ideas were shot down, was humiliated, demoted at his job to line worker, his wife leaves him because he makes less money and woln't let go of his grudge against the company for ruining his life and not recognizing his genius. He sneaks a random doll home and determines to make him a killing machine. " They destroyed my life. Ill destroy their company. ILL SHOW THEM. ILL SHOW THEM ALL!". Theres a montage of him gathering military grade parts from shady individuals even killing one of them when asked what its for. He replies to his victims dead body "My perfect toy". A scene of him working on circuitry while a serial killer documentary just happens to be playing in the backround. He looks up at the show and cracks a smile. He makes its body way tougher to destroy, gives the toy strenght no childs toy should ever have, programs the dolls AI to cause as much chaos and terror as possible using kaslan products or any other means available while no one pays attention, then goes normal or dummy mode when its thermal senses or whatever tells that humans are approaching or may notice. Along with a few other hidden nasty features. Fast forward 6 months. Hes at work ragged, thin, with a grizzled beard and crazy sinister look in his eye. He slides his creation into a box on the packaging line. Then walks into a stairway. Climbing up he says to himself "My life and soon this company may be gone, but my genius will live in infamy." He then jumps off the roof with a shrill devilish laughter following him to his death. A lightning bolt and thunder in the backround go off signalling that this isnt the end. But just the begining of the madness to come. But the dolls first owner happens to be 13 year old Andy, who after having a string of murders happen in his building and neighborhood, notices a few "off" diffrences between his doll and other dolls hes seen. Why does my doll have extra features? Why does it weigh a little more than other dolls? Why does its built in camera keep having these spans of time where its memory data is corupted? Andy with the help of his friends( a doll this powerful would justify andy needing help.) take on a menace that just doesnt want to play nice. CHILDS PLAY...coming this Halloween. I wanna see THIS movie. I wanna be scared of chucky. Not feel sorry for him and be slightly confused by his actions.
The whole idea for any doll is that it should be 'CUTE' . Attractive to a child. If it looks scary or creepy from the get go, gone goes the 'trust' aspect. OH how I WISH Hollywood would learn the old saying, *"LEAVE WELL ENOUGH ALONE"* .
From the doc that overlooks and dislikes most of the child's play movies. I wasn't expecting anything less from ya.
I liked the movie though. Almost everything, i didn't like Karen, some lines, jokes, i hated who was next to me in the theatre but that's not the movie's fault. Other than that i mostly really really liked it. Almost everything you didn't like, i did like
Q.H.S I liked Karen
Parents are like that now days
Nothing beats the classic
When I first watched the trailers and got the basic plot synopsis, I thought to myself "Oh, no. They pulled a Jumanji 2 where they could've had an original film, but they slapped an iconic name onto it." Sadly, it looks like I was right.
What's better

Or animation version
Of this guys videos?
Everyone's entitled to their own opinions but I'm actually really glad the movie didn't just try to do the same ideas as the original but with A.I. cause they could not do possessed Chucky for legal reasons. Imo it's a fun movie and I really enjoyed it. But it wasn't very scary. And the pacing is a bit fast.
i don't always watch Child's Play, ...but when i do, .....its:
Child's Play (1988) with Brad Dourif as Chucky.
In this movie chucky is like the frankenstein monster!
It's literally Joker's iconic voice from Batman TAS but put in to a knock off Chucky.
was as a joke because the voice of the new chucky was voiced by Mark Hamill.
Okay I’m not hating but I gotta say this....
Towards the end Chucky looks pretty good
And the guy that made Chucky hated his life and people, made Chucky evil
And killed him self
I’m not trying to hate I’m just saying
Thank you Doctor
21st century Child’s Play suffers from the same thing Halloween 3 suffers from. It’s a good film but people don’t give it a chance because one doesn’t have the Brad Dourif voice and the other doesn’t have Mickey Myers.
My favorite line in the movie is when Chucky says this for 2pac
That’s where the Chucky design went wrong, it SHOULD of been a clone of a cracked out Seth Green
May i ask
Why did chucky kill in the name of tupac
