Remember everyone falls asleep to different things. For example me and my best friend listen to @corpsehusband or @beingscared and listen to the scary stories. My partner falls asleep to American dad or family guy even sometimes gaming videos. My little bro who is 14 years old can only sleep with the sound of a fan. And my dad prefers the sound of beats like this. My uncle listens to kiss and mötley Crüe some people I’ve ask say the like the sound of music and others just like silence. It’s different for everyone. Just cuz you can’t sleep to this doesn’t mean others can’t:) remember our world is so amazing because everyone is so different from each other so let’s embrace our differences instead of trying to put others down ❤😊

I may not have sinus cold but I love the sounds
This helped clear my cluttered ADHD riddled brain enough to think of pickle juice since I was out of lemon juice so I guess by proxy does help
