At 12 minutes began a bit of relief and minute 30 things began to come out. Frontal pain is beginning to dissipate. Now at 51 minutes and pain is still there but I pray it is gone soon
I listened for 6 min the regular way and had a good result clearing mucus. Then changed to putting earbuds in nostrils for about 8 minutes. Then changed to one earbud in my right ear and the other in my right nostril. This was the winning combination for me as my problem has been the right hemisphere for 20 years. Frequencies really work but you have to do your part and remember to drink water! When i get stuffed up i drink lots of hot water with lemon and little bit of honey. Okay, this is by far the most immediate assistance I've received from frequency therapy. Allergic rhinitis, clogged sinuses, blocked nose and moderately bad headache. 6 mins in, my nose is somewhat cleared. Praying the headache gets relieved. 1am here and no sleep possible till now 😢

This helps loosen my chest when i am having allergy induced asthma attack. I almost always stop coughing immediately and return to breathing normal. It totally calms my lungs, ears, nose and throat. This is the first time in many years i haven't been in bed multiple days trying to recover with my lungs during this season. Whenever there's a dip in the barometer, my sinuses go nuts and the pressure builds up in the sinus cavities which, as you all know, is really painful. hey girl hope you're not still suffering a year later.. but if you were (im sorry) and as soon as you said pressure that reminded me of my gluten allergy, that caused me most of my severe sinus symptoms... eating bread / loafs, gluten containing snacks, has caused my nose to wreak havoc the next 24-48 hours( not immediately) and as soon as i stopped gluten i had small bouts of allergies and the pressure stopped 80%.. rest was from the environment/ dust & mold

This really works! I used it today for a different reason: Lack of proper sleep this morning caused bad sinus pressure. Yes, I have a history of chronic sinusitis going back nearly 30 years. Whenever there's a dip in the barometer, my sinuses go nuts and the pressure builds up in the sinus cavities which, as you all know, is really painful. I’ve been severely clogged in my sinuses with this cold I have but this has indeed given me relief. Last night I finally slept because I could breathe.

From yesterday until now I've been in lots of pain in my throat thanks to, what I assume is, nasal drip. My right nose is stuffed and keeps running while the other is completely fine.
