I agree with you whole-heartedly about Adele. To me she is undisputed the best singer alive, by a large margin. I also think she is tunni hly gorgeous. I've hit quite a crush on her. Once you get a feel for her personality and sense of humor (with that awesome accent) you will be stupid in love with her.
