Appreciate what you do homie. I legitimately don't even want ES6 to come out I just want Skyrim mods to keep advancing the way they have been. I secretly hope it gets pushed back another 3 years haha.
and to add, mco animations are easy to convert to be bfco. The hardest part is getting all the folder structures set up correctly for the convertor. The page for mco to bfco leaves out a very important step, read the comment section to see specifics
Dragonborn's Bestiary is a an exceptional mod-so simple (the best ideas are) and expansive of existing content, it could enhance _all_ Bethesda-design games! As a Morrowind boomer I can imagine this idea, adapted a bit differently, really improving the experience of playing the game. Watching MATN playing Morrowind recently, it's been annoying seeing him repeatedly attacking Dunmer and Scamp enemies with _Fire Bite_ and muttering, "gosh, these fellas are tough!". A mod like this-perhaps implemented diegetically, like an 'academic journal' quest offered in the starter zone-could significantly ease the early game learning curve for systems not explained anywhere outside of the paper manual!
Thank God you're back, been watching your videos after returning to Skyrim after almost 10 years ! so far I've added 520 mods and with your tips and videos I've remastered the whole thing, you sir earned that sub and notification bell like no other skytuber i know xD !
Yooo, thanks so much for recommending my Ultimate NPC Attack Variety guide! I didn't expect to see it in a top best mods of the year... A great surprise!
Nice overview SG. We were pretty spoilt this year with some brilliant mods. It's hard to believe that after 13 years there are still so many outstanding mod authors updating and upgrading this game. Something for every taste is available. Looking forward to when you drop a complete modlist for 2025 ;) and wishing a happy Christmas break and a hopeful New Year
What a great video! I only knew of about half the mods you highlighted. I’ll be trying out many of the mods you presented. As for my favorite 2024 mod, it has to be “Dismembering Framework.”
Great mod selection, thanks for this video. For me personally the best changes to combat and balance this year was Zzyxzz's SkyValor and SkyTactics. SkyValor fixes enemy sponginess and balance and SkyTactics is honestly the best enemy combat style overhaul since Ultimate Combat.
You can get nether's follower framework and that allows you to recruit any npc as a follower, even Nazeem, I sure hope this information doesn't cause any harm to the beloved redguard skyrim character 😃.
I love the texture mods but each one has 15-25 nested dependencies, for the sake of my games load order and my sanity I cant ever use them... its a shame really, they look stunning
Thank you SoftGaming , i am beyond gratefull to you for showcasing my mod , glad you liked it! New textures also coming soon

Is there a mod that allows me to take Nazeem as a follower? I very much need his assistance with acquiring Boethia's Mail.
You can get nether's follower framework and that allows you to recruit any npc as a follower, even Nazeem, I sure hope this information doesn't cause any harm to the beloved redguard skyrim character 😃.
There is a mod that turns nazeem into the ebony warrior

Valkyr Hairstyles
@SoftGamongOfficial Will the grass mod from youre video work without ENB?
Not as intended
my water looks the same when i go underneath lol is there a way i can make it foggy again?
You need a mod that adds colour to the water, such as Skyland AIO
@SoftGaming Hi! What are you using as dungeons (cave, mines, forts) retexture?
Mainly this one www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/38544 and Skurkbro retexture project dungeon section
