    Anyway you could do a video on myofascial release for neck muscles? I have constant tight neck and stretches only work temporarily to stop the discomfort of the tightness.

      Check out my channel. I have multiple videos on fascial release work for the upper traps, levator scapulae, etc.

    Do you hit only arms on a regular basis or only when trying to focus on growing the arms?

      I do a complete arm workout once a week with my current training.

    Question: Would it be advisable to use the yoga wheel if I have a spinal fusion in L3-4 ?

    • @OcraMedHealth
      @OcraMedHealth  2 месяца назад

      I really don’t think that would be an issue because you are stretching your thoracic spine. However, I would discuss with your doctor if you are unsure. Good luck!

      @@OcraMedHealth I can never get a straight answer from doctor on that. But thank you !

      I generally tell patients to “let pain be your guide”. Try a stretch or exercise gently. If it feels ok, then usually it is ok to do. In my 33 years of experience, patients with similar problems have been able to do this mobility drill. Good luck my friend.

    Doc, I was wondering how effective is to us gym rings to get a good thorasic stretch?
    By holding the rings in supernated grip and lean into the forward position to get the deep stretch this pulls the arms.behind the ears.

    • @OcraMedHealth
      @OcraMedHealth  2 месяца назад

      That type of stretch is fine. If it feels good, use it. I think for thoracic mobility, the 2 stretches that I demonstrate in the video can be very helpful. Good luck!!

      Sure, Thanks Doc for the great advice I am doing the 2 in this video as the primary stretches its feels good like a reset button to the back.
