I too was a sufferer of too much gear syndrome 🤣 When you start getting older , lazier and hopefully wiser you start looking for ways to rid yourself of the burden of a heavy tackle bag ! I have split mine up into 3 categories - beach bait and lure , estuary lure and boat so if I want to hit the beach I grab one bag and a couple of rods , estuary lure is one bag and a rod and boat is one bag and two rods . Those donut looking sinkers are called sand grip sinkers - probably have a few different names depending on where you come from .
Another nice video. I love fishing tackle, and I love trying out different rigs. I have a similar backpack with trays. I also made up a smaller pack with small plastic lunch boxes. I use the smaller lighter pack for rock fishing, or when I know I’m just after one species, e.g. Luderick. The smaller pack is light enough to wear while I’m walking from spot to spot. I keep the bigger pack in my car, in case I need something else. I recently bought a rock-fishing PFD that has pockets. I hope you feel better soon. 🤓👍🎣
