Loved you talked about customers that are rough around the edges at first. Even if im stressed - i always call with empathy and customer service voice and i hate when ppl are salty. My inner salty comes out too and i have to maintain my professionalism. But its always as i continue to work with them they ease up and we have no other issues. But ugh im always thinking, be salty if i dont answer your calls or dont get back to you- not straight from our first call. Ha. Great video!

As one of your loyal viewers, the only feedback I have is that I notice when there is music it seems much higher volume than your speaking volume. I usually have to lower the sound and then up the volume again when you come back speaking. Sometimes I'm watching your video from across the room so it kind of affects the viewing experience a little. I know this feedback was not asked for; I give it with all respect and hope that it can be helpful.

Im a claims specialist (not adjuster yet) and it kills me when they fuss about the initial payments sent lol I go over “supplements” the bulk of my day😩😂

The contractor supplements are so Annoying and 9/10 typically include a bunch of bs they hope they can push through
