Even though you're a fan of our most hated team you're always welcome in Buffalo. I really hope the Bills beat the Patriots at Gillette Stadium in December. I got to sit next to a few guys that traveled to Buffalo from Boston at the game and it was a good time. I hope you enjoyed your visit.
Bills tailgates are legit parties. There isn't any real hostility between Bills fans & opposing fans, it's almost all entirely playful. If you aren't a massive douchebag, you will have a great time regardless of who you're routing for.
These are fans of a team that didnt make the playoffs for 17 years. It basically crushed any expectations of having a good team for a long time, so everyone just focused on the partying & just having a good time. Seriously..

Hibbington I’ll tell you something, being a Bills fan is the best thing in this world. We constantly are riding low and receiving hate from national outsiders so when we get that glimpse of success, we snatch on and remember. Buffalo fans remember that one road game 8 years ago vividly because we remember having all the analysts pick the other team so it’s awesome having “upset”wins year after year. It’s weird, we’re diehard. I love it, Pats fans don’t care until the playoffs which is cool I don’t hate the Boston fans at all, but they’re like rich preppy kids and don’t realize it. It’s bigger than wins and losses it’s about sticking together as a fan base and feeling a universal vibe about this team. 95% of all analysts and fans shit on our team and it drives us.
