The progressive cards really ruin it for me. It doesn't matter how many territories or bonuses you hold. Or how many soldiers you have. Its just about getting cards and who is brave enough to go first. Fixed bonuses require much more thought and strategy
It’s pretty easy actually you probably just don’t know how to progress the game. Progressive cards is really fun because you can come back when you chain kills. Progressive is a lot more skill because you need to time everything perfectly (like kills) and card blocks also take a decent amount of skill. Fixed is just who gets a bonus the fastest and can do the best diplomacy. Fixed games stalemate very easily… What rank are you?
