- Good Audio is not something to be over looked, I always used lapel mic but it was a cordered version which really hurts mobility. I wanted a wireless mic for my RUclips videos but all the ones i was looking at were around 500 bucks. Until i came across this one randomly and best buy, I decided to give it a shot and im glad i did, this thing works great and it couldnt be easier to use. Also this wireless mic works with everthing, smartphones, cameras, PC, Tablets, it doesnt matter if it can accept an audio source you are good to go.

04:03 "Obviously, if you had more than one person you need to mic up, this might not be the best solution"..something you kind of hit on, but didn't emphasize, is you can connect two mics to the receiver. I use a Lav mic to record myself, and I have a handheld mic to interview people on the street. Or, in a formal, seated interview situation, I reverse that, and put the Lav on the person being interviewed, and I use the handheld mic to ask the questions (while I operate the camera). The "Mix 2CH" switch allows you to mix both mics into the same channel, or to split up the audio tracks into 2 separate channels. This is VERY useful in post processing, especially where your camera operator might be in a location with different ambient noise than the person being videoed.

I have this exact system and when I am say 25 feet away with no walls or anything in between me, it isn't really picking up my voice at all as if the microphones right next to me on my chest. I don't understand what it is I'm doing wrong or what I have said wrong. It shows the white light under channel number one and on the part that sits in my pocket on my belt has a green light on that which is what the microphone itself wires into. What can I be doing wrong that I am not able to hear myself through the microphone when I am 25 feet away. When I say I can't hear myself, it is very very faint like my voice I'm doing purposefully But it sounds like I'm a lot further away.
1 can the GO mics somehow offer a two wireless lav mic solution / the mixer can usb sync to an iPhone for recording when out in the field (field meaning no computer involved yet)?
I know I'm here late but if you get a copper connector to plug into the audio interface it completely takes the audio interference away. The unit has ro be grounded with the copper or the audio interference appears
I have tried this mic on my Canon T6i. I seem to have a lot of interference. It just sounds like there is no threshold and just all around bad audio. Do you know of any way to help this? Wifi is off too.
Is there an app to doenload?
The audio breakup noise was what I was experiencing using this with my iPhone. I’ll put my phone in airplane and try that

@Major Hardware : I was at Best Buy this am and looked at something like this unit except the receiver plugged directed into the computer (Samsun XPD Wireless -- 6333803. Do you know if that direct connection affects the sound quality? And . . . is there a step up from this unit that you would recommend?

Can you pair it to your lap top? I'm wanting to use it on zoom while teaching cooking classes. I won't be close to the zoom camera and need to be heard clearly. I haven't found anything about pairing it to a lap top. Can you assist please?
I end up never using mine because it ALWAYS has a ringing in the background which sounds terrible. I was hoping to find something to fix this problem.

Ok so i bought this & it was working but recently it stopped,it still pairs to the receiver but when i try to record no audio is being picked up

I’m not challenging the idea just want to know why the WiFi is on the camera during filming? Does it help with picture? I think my cannon T6i has WiFi. But I try to use my can through QuickTime as a web and I keep having issues.

Incidentally, all Canon cameras have crap audio if WiFi is turned on... I had a shotgun mic plugged in to the audio port on my T7i and it sounded like that... Turned off WiFi and it worked fine. You can use Blue Tooth to control your phone though.
BTW, great review. My lav setup died and I am looking for something that has a low range to pick up my voice better. This helped a lot and I like how you got to the point quickly
how the heck are you supposed to open the adapter. It has some kind of slide mechanic when you take it out of the box.
Hi, whenever you use this mic on a livestream like Facebook live or RUclips live, bc it’s on WiFi, it will have that choppy interference right? That must be the issue I’m having.

Great video by the way so I'm not getting them to communicate watching your video I think what I need to try is switch the channel one channel to to the headphone set and use the USB C port into my note 9 and see how that works

How did you plug this in to your laptop? We're trying to use it on Facebook Live or Zoom for my grandfathers funeral. I noticed you said its not good on wifi and thats what we'd be using.😥 Any suggestions?? 😭
That explained alot. Thank you. I had purchased this a couple weeks ago to use of Facebook live and realized it started of fine, but after 10 minutes the audio started to crackle. I was on wifi. So if I use my data with the wifi turned off, will that resolve the issue for Facebook live and other videos?

Every video I've seen on this mic has lots of good things to say so I bought it. I just can not get my iPhone XR running iOS 13.1.2 to accept the microphone. I've tried a variation of every setting on the receiver. Maybe they sent a bad cord. Any help appreciated.

We purchased TWO complete packs...
This system is not pairing with the skype app, which is the format we use to broadcast on the IPhone...
The system will NOT work at all on the Huawei phones! I emailed & asked specifically if it would work with my new phone prior to purchase, I was advised IT WOULD!
Over $600 on 2 systems with extra mics, NONE Work for our broadcasting!
