Update…
I just realised how much I suck as a drummer because I couldn’t even get the first exercise down pat.
I struggled with your slowest speed (100bpm), so I had to drop it down to 80bpm… I could only last about 15 seconds before limbs were unco and hitting at the same time 🤦♂️
I tried 90bpm but that just made it worse.
I guess I’ll stick to 80bpm for a while until I can really nail it … for at least a minute before increasing tempo again.

How come I've only just come across this name today? Well, it's my daughter's birthday today. Mine was yesterday and I'm grateful that I found this channel and this video in particular on this special day. Your way of teaching stuff is refreshingly different and really cool. If you can read music than you can transcribe what he’s doing, also a great skill to work up off the kit. Just watch and listen carefully and write it out. Cheers!
