He just tried to show how to make a trefoil wind turbine shape using available materials.
Doesn't make any claim of hi performance wattage. Or any load testing.
It's just an idea. A BLDC/PMSG motor/generator needs to be added to get some practical power output.
The turbine design is practical and is being tried in the Netherlands. Look it up on RUclips.

Hi fríend. Im mathmathian so after a small research I foun that in order to improve the design instead of use a straight línea for the blade cut you must to use a logaritmic curve instead so the smaller part of the blade Will be on the front AND give a 47% for improve. Also use a Car cooler engine as generator AND mount the entre system on this. I Also try to build the same. Greeting from México

As engineer I think the average person would have trouble laying such a curve. A skilled metal fabricator could build such blade, given sufficient transform diagonals. They always look good on a computer screen, but building one in a workshop is a different challenge

You could take a large rotating fan on a stand and reverse the positive and negative in the engine winding to produce energy and design the propeller to fix to the blade area. just some thoughts.

You changed the angles of the blades but didn’t show that on camera. Initially blades were perfectly round cones and yet later the blades progressively open up. There is a mathematical relationship that you just skipped over which is why this clunky device is very messy andimprecise. Did you generate any energy?

The blades seems to be made from standard grey PVC sewage pipe. Probably 110 or 120 mm diameter.
I think the material used was a simply piece of pvc tube. Guessing from the hand size, about 300mm(12 inches)long about 100mm (4 inches)diameter The flattened square could be about 310mm square

AT LAST, A VIDEO THAT MAKES SENSE. A brilliant piece of demonstration, both in clarity and steadiness. Some dimensions would have made a good video great, but still an excellent piece. Also some detail about the power plant would be helpful ( is it an alternator ,generator, or a simple electric motor)?

The price of one of those turbines from the official maker was waaaay to big. I belive they make them in India and also in Germany. The one in Germany sells them for twice as much. They just reallly love money. But if they were smart and not so greedy they could have started a mass production and adoption of these wind generators.
Offtopic - what are those red and white bands on your hands sir? We have those in my country and we wear them in March and have that mythology around them. That they bring you good luck and good health and if you don't wear them - sickness and death. And also a story about a prince who went to war and said that if he wins he will send a dove with a white string around his leg, and if he loses he will soak the string in his blood and send a red string. But the dove came back with an intertwined white and red string tied around its leg.
I am just wondering if we share this mythology.

This video is acelerated and manipuled, he put the video x2 speed at 0:17, you can see the animal in the back moving so fast, maybe he has an electrical fan in the background give it wind, since at the beginning of the video when he released the turbine, it did not move. the real movement is at 0:13. Im not saying that archimedes turbine does not work but he is clearly manipuling the video.

Because there is hardly any wind close to the ground. It is also extremely gusty, which usually shortens the service life extremely!
Only if you need to be self-sufficient from the power grid & live close to the sea, you should install the largest possible wind turbine on a high mast.
*With solar modules, on the other hand, reliably generate electricity for 25 to 30 years at approx. 2% to 5% oft he cost of small wind turbines!*
