Hi from Australia! Thanks for hitting this one guys. I was prompted to dig out my Wolfmother album, and it stands up. Woman was their first hit, then this one just exploded. Their music is, to me, a throwback to the late 60s and early 70s. Led Zeppelin and Black Sabbath obvious influences. I liked it because it was so different to much of what was being played in 2005.
Yes, but this one sounds like something Uriah Heep would have included in "Salisbury," "Look at Yourself" or "Demons and Wizards." Mostly because of that organ sound.
It reminded me of the style of music of the group Kasabian, it was popular in 2000, I used to play it on the Playstation, there was a lot of such music in FIFA, good memories.
There is a saying that "no-one attacks a guitar like an Australian". Can't go far wrong with an Australian rock band. Recommended The Angels, start with "take a long line"
God Bless Aussie Pub Rock!!!!! Now take a history lesson and delve into Rose Tattoo!! Maybe a different concept? A Comparison video? Guns n Roses pissweak attempt at “Nice Boys Don’t play Rock n Roll” and Rose Tattoo’s street tough original version.
There is a video of K D Lang doing a Roy Orbison song, "I've been crying", she is a power house of a singer. I would love to see your reaction to her. Won't be sorry.
FYI Myles Goodwin from April Wine died December 3, 2023 at 75. Guys request "I like to Rock" or "Enough is Enough" in honor of him. Great vocals! ❤. Never heard of Wolfmother . Sounds like a band I need to check out. Thank you Guys
Yep, AGAIN, did not know by the title or group. But knew as soon as i heard... Because of Jackass. Just a fun and get ya goin' song! I could listen to that guitar riff all night long. (Doot doot doot...) You are ending the year strong so far! ❤🎉
I agree. It’s time for some soft rock again and Little River Band would be perfect. Any song of theirs will do but I’d like to hear Take It Easy One Me or Reminiscing. Cool Change…..Lonesome Loser….. There’s so many. Every member that sings has a great voice. Beautiful harmonies.

Great live band music sounds great and show great
White Unicorn is Fire!
Gotta Get some more April Wine
Rip Myles Goodwyn
Our music came from pubs and clubs more than from radio. Poor acts don't last long and when you see them they sound like the album 🇭🇲

With that organ ramping up, it kind of reminds me of Uriah Heap. Great song. Cant go wrong with Aussie Rock!
I thought the very same thing.
Yup.
Now get into some Aussie music from the 70’s. Great rock and roll
Where is the 3rd dude? Need to check out their live version on Aussie TV when they were first starting with this song. Brilliant.
LOVE this song…it’s got “Lord of this World” vibes 🤘🏽🤘🏽🤘🏽🤘🏽🤘🏽
AC/DC are well konwn but there are more. Jet, Rose Tattoo, the Angels.........
My first time hearing this and it kind of reminds me of The Killers.... I really like it
The voice of the singer sounds a lot like anther band, The Parlor Mob.
They place this as a start up song for Dirt Racing in the Midwest .. Precursor to the 4 wide salute..

Seen live. 🇦🇺👍🏼
Looked too fast, thought it was The Joker by the Steve Miller Band!
Should've shown him the music video afterwards 😂
When this came out I thought it was a new white stripes song
Lex from the brad and lex reaction channel also said it sounded like white stripes
Good song, but it sounds like it was a rip off of Queens of the Stone Age song No One Knows? It's a great song.
😎
