Thank you for sharing. I have a 7310 and literally need to convert to sublimation. I believe you have a video. I want to convert and use HSN ink.
Hi yes a have a video converting the 7820 which uses the same cartridges. The 7310 does not have a reset option
I have to do this tonight and I am great full for this video because I can't remember nothing 😂
So everytime I need to refill a cartridge I have to reset it?
If so it explains why after I paid to get them refilled the printer hasnt printed anything.

Ok so my red won’t print at all I have unclogged clean print head and nothing please help 😢 I have even used a new ink cartridge
Will it work to print more items if I just fill the black and if I dont have the device to reset it the cartridge yet? I didnt know I needed it and it will take at least a week to get here. Our event is this weekend so I would like to keep printing. TIA
