- My experience with dreams.co.uk. we bought Therapur mattresse and bed in August 2020. Within 3 month tbe mattress is collapsing on one side. Their engineer is saying all is ok and the claims are false. They did not publish our true review on their site. But responded to the review on Trustpoint. Now we will have another engineer in. We paid 2k and all we got a lot of hassle and low quality mattress.

I was about to buy therapur mattress (Flaxby Nature's Finest 4450 Pillow Top Mattress) from Dreams when I came across your video. Many thanks for posting this video, and I am sorry for your experience. You typically want a mattress to relax and not have to go through this hassle especially when it is a significant investment.
Now that I have seen this review, I definitely not proceeding with Dreams, especially when they have stellar review on their website that only looks more suspicious.
This is scaremongering because Dreams are one of the better companies with excellent
quality beds. I have bought several beds from them over the years and all of them still looked
good even after 10 years.
What was the outcome in the end?
Dreams have replaced two theraper mattress for me . I did take out a service plan insurance on the mattress . Going to choose new mattress today . 1399 to spend good service bit u must take out insurance guys
Hi, thanks for the video. Is definitely helpful, been looking for mattresses for a couple of days and been considering buying a mattress like yours but since I've watched your video I will definitely now disregard it.
I find it brave of you to upload a video despite them not allowing you to review it. Im also sorry that you had to go through such a stressful time after paying so much for it.

It looks like the same thing is happening again. :( i am sad for everyone who are in the same situation as its so frustration and take up so much of your energy and I understand people who just give up fighting as its so difficult:(
I just ordered my Therapur ActiGel Response 2000 D Mattress yesterday and it’s coming on the 10th March! Worried now after coming across your video! I think I still have the choice to get the £85 Insurance before the mattress gets delivered and it covers 8 years 😣

@@donhectorsalamanca yes its great! Feels so much better as i got the ‘very firm’ mattress one! I got to sleep really well! Took a few days to get use to it but you will love it! This ladie that got the mattress must have had a bad patch ones! But it’s better to get insurance just in case. As it’s worth £85 for 8 years

@@donhectorsalamanca just make sure you add it before the mattress enters your home as they won’t allow you to add it on once it enters your home. I did mine on the day of the delivery when they gave me a time slot. Good luck and sleep well🙃
Worst matress ever! I brought the therapur 2000 in august and it dips in the middle and customer service said there’s nothing they can do . Awful service and awful matress
I’ve bought several beds from Dreams over the years with no problem at all. So I don’t know
what’s happened to you with you’re bed. None of mine have ever looked like that even when
they were 10 years old.

Hi Sarah. Unfortunately I can see the same happening again. Takes a bit longer this time but one side looks just like it started last time. I have no time or nerves fighting with them again just now due to life circumstances but I can see I will have to. I am so sorry I cannot be more positive about it :(
Hi Vita, this is disappointing news. We have just ordered the Therapur 4200 mattress but have since been reading a lot of reviews and am tempted to cancel our order. It doesn't sound like Dream's customer service is very good and I wouldn't want hassle trying to get a replacement.

Exactly the same, bought therapur 4 days ago its saggy already!
Hi thanks for sharing the video I’ve just been to dreams to buy a new mattress and Frame and I took out a £68 insurance so if anything went wrong I can always return it and get a new one. Maybe that’s something you should’ve done.
You shouldn’t have to pay for insurance, that is just another way of getting money from you. It should be be fit for purpose and you should be able to sit on it.
If you paid on your credit card, you can speak to credit card company.
How much was the mattress please

Hi, so sorry for the late reply. The mattress has been replaced now. We paid just under 1K for it as we were buying with the bed. I got the best response when left negative reviews under lots of their stores on google. So sorry I know how it feels. Please let me know if can help with anything else

@@cristoff3 Hi. We got it in August 2020. The changes became noticebel I think October. The second one is 3 weeks in ok for now.

That bed has been badly damaged. I can’t believe it got like that on it’s own.
