I bought my first Tempur mattress in 2001 and it transformed my sleep experience. It really is like sleeping on a cloud. So comfortable- there really is nothing like it.
Since the very first day this Tempur came into my bedroom I have been sleeping like a new born baby is indeed a game changer I love it

Hi I saw a few reviews from people and theyre complaining about the mattress temperature, apparently it is too hot and theres no way of cooling it down, do you face this problem too? Btw awesome video, straight to the point! Thank you and the bed looks so amazing with the high head board btw 😊

Hi, I have just watched your video on the Tempur mattress and seen it has been a while.
I am looing at possible buying one of these mattresses, I had made my mind up about another one, then saw these. As they are expensive I just wondered if you could let me know a few things about it ow you have had it for a couple of years. How has it worn, it is warm especially in this weather we have had lately. Have you noticed any dips in the mattress like where you sleep has it shown signs of wearing at all. I am just worried that it will dip in places with it being a type of memory foam Thank you so much, great video by the way.

Hey I’ve recently got a bed from dreams the medium mattress is very firm. But that’s not my problem. The mattress has a pungent fungi smell that had not gone away! It makes my eyes water and my throat a bit sore. I was initially told that the mattress could be changed as long as I used a mattress protector and as long as I contacted them before a given time slot, which I did. Now I’ve been told that it’s not that simple and someone would have to come and see if they agree that there is a smell and the medium mattress is the softest that they do! I’m going to be contacting them again and hope for a satisfactory resolution or I’ll just take it further. The velvet frame looks lovely though but I can’t take the smell. I’m sleeping in my old bed in another room. I’ll update you as soon as poss

It’s cool washable top and bottom cover removable.onside ours special foam two layers.then another type then top one.they also have new hybrid where they have small pocket springs in them also.each type of mattress has three types ours is elite.one above and one below.x
am i the only person in the world to have this bed and not get the top cover back on the mattress :( lol i need help.
You can complain to them It might be a mistake because it always comes with the cover 🤣🤣
Did you shrink it.lam putting mattress protector on bed as I don’t want to wash it.ask someone to help.if came off must go on.night mare no doubt would happen to me.xxx
Please, get your Tempur mattress from Tempur themselves and not from Dreams. Dreams do not have guarantees in place like Tempur does. I have such intense back pain because they delivered the wrong mattress, and they will not take it back or admit fault.
The Tempur mattress we got from dreams is working perfectly fine no pains at all
I agree with you, most of customers reviews are complaining about mattresses, eventhough that they paid
For insurance. But still dreams didint get them anything back. That's why I didn't want to go for it.

I thought it was just me. The sales assistant said they would change it if it was not suitable… it has a strong fungi smell that is irritating my eyes and throat. They were contacted about this before the time limit ran out but it seems the story is more complicated once they have your money. I’m told that someone has to come out and agree that there is an issue. The mattress is also very hard and not as comfortable as it is when you try it in the shop! Very disillusioned!
