I use music as a way to process and work through all sorts of emotions. It isn’t always pretty or comfortable but I like to think it’s real. These songs are sort of like little journal entries that help me process some of the noise/ difficulties experienced in life, so that I can re-engage in a healthier, more productive way for not only myself, but the people around me. I’m incredibly blessed to have a great support system and the most amazing wife to hold me accountable and remind me that I am loved.
