Anyone who has suffered deep trauma as he has may never stop looking over their shoulder. He lacked protectors from a very young age and then the trauma was ratcheted up with bombs raining down and the enemy marching ever closer. Then to be captured and made to forsake his country and family destroyed whatever he had left of his authentic self, leaving feelings of guilt and anger towards himself for turning against his family and countrymen. These scars are deep and not new. These are the damages of war.

He is right about his time in Russia not being over because it will live in his memory. Trauma is like that. It may be years before he really grasps what adults did to him, systematically and deliberately, and when that time comes, his stages of grief will begin. It will not be easy, but Russia has done this form of genocide for centuries, and there are people alive today for example in the Baltics who carry the deep scars and their adult children are very aware.

The main resource and basis of Russia's existence is not oil or gas. Russia's fundamental asset is its huge deposits of meat marinated in poverty, immorality and alcohol. Centuries of slavery, drunkenness and debauchery could not give rise to anything other than the establishment of animal-like relations between people as the norm there. If being forcibly kidnapped from your home, moved to the country invading yours, forced indoctrination by the country that had forcibly taken you, and served with papers to report to that countries military to fight the country you were stolen from is what you consider being "saved"..... then I suggest you do some research into the definition of the word "saved". So its strange he was not living with her, and his brother who evidently does live with her, in the first place. Maybe limited resources. Second how did he travel from Moscow thru Belarus and most importantly cross the border. Was their really any attempt to stop him there...Belarus is a strong ally of Russia. Would love to know more details of the alleged escape. I do hope.he lives his life in Germany and awayz from the "deproggraming" of Mr Kuleba.
