I wouldn't have thought even to drive a French car anymore (first car Citroen C2 and I wouldn't buy a French car since the quality is bad).. my father has a BMW so you could say that my standards are a bit higher in the interior.
But sitting the first time in this 308 GTi, I was surprised how good the quality was. Not as good as the BMWs for sure. But it's enough for me. My father didn't like it.
But who cares? :D I bought this GTi and can't wait to get it. 😁

There was something I missed in the 308 GTi videos. The i30N got more revenue. You made there a "Sound and Looks" video and that was the missing part I mean. Will it come in future?
Have they finally put the GTi spirit back? They not meant to be fast top speed but quick on the Twisties
Look at the track times. This car is faster than a WRX Sti, Golf GTi performance, golf R, Civic type R (new one) in a curvy track with some fast lanes.
But this car is so lightweight, unbelievable.

Peugeot 308 GTI 2018 vs Hyundai i30 N Performance 2018?
Przemysław Krzych i30N is better. 1.6 vs 2.0 and etc. But both cars are still awesome
if love tracks, and set times, the 308 is far better. But...
Top Drives well said. For you maybe. Objectively the 308 GTi makes the better lap times. And they are so much better than the i30Ns.
You can't deny that the Hyundai is a heavyweight hatch back
The Hyundai is better just for the 2.0 and sound... all the rest GTì wins.

"Just for the 2.0"? Seriously? Then a small block 7.0 is better? No. The 2.0 is ok. The 1.6 is enough. We'll see how reliable a 1.6 can be. Noone knows right now. But the engines life depends only in the driving style of the driver. Nothing else. I have to say "nowadays". The 3.0 n/a engines back then we're indestructible. My father has a i6 3.0 with 290.000 km on the clock. Mostly driven in the city. Turbochargers changed the game unfortunately
The sound is definitely better in the Hyundai.
