I like to picture a scenario where the Phantom Thieves infiltrate the palace of DIO. It'd probably be a warped version of the original Joestar Mansion, with Jonathan's Shadow playing as a sort of Mid-Boss, suspended from the ceiling by chains. DIO on the other hand would probably be a fusion of him and The World, with a bit of Kar's Perfected form thrown in. Having Jotaro in the party with enough PP would let you counter any Time shenanigans DIO throws out, and Josuke would be the best healer/defense buff member in the game.
I think you're right, but i think his whole planet would be the entire world. It's like Kaneshiro, where it's actually a really big place and then there's the place the shadow ruler is. DIO's whole palace would be the entire world and he would stay in a floating Joestar mansion up above in the heavens
What about Giorno? I think he could be really good at healing too. I also came up with an alternate concept: As an enemy, he could be Boss Giorno (Black suit and GER), having the best counter move in the game, being, for example, a passive counter for certain moves and also a proper counter move that he can use, like in Diamond Records, where he has a passive counter to Diavolo's Time Skip and also can manually use a move where the affected enemy deals 0 damage to him.

You'll get the mask back, but now Joseph's hamon and mahamon will be boosted to have a 85% of hitting, even against enemys that resist or null it. But it can still be reflected, so be careful with that.
> Continue through and battle Cognitive Ice. He's basically insta-kill central, so make sure to use evasion and healing items. Don't rely on Futaba's final guard, that's a one-use and it won't save you. Once he's defeated, he gets back up, but Ryuji will stay behind and hold him off. He doesn't make it out of the palace.
> Get it to DIO's treasure.

> Check back to the palace daily. When the security level is at 100, then continue back to the treasure.
