Dislikes aren't just hidden. The addon does not have access to the number of dislikes on any video. How it works is that the addon takes the ratio of likes/dislikes left by users of the addon and calculates roughly how many dislikes the video might have had if it was still showing. Dislikes aren't just hidden. The addon does not have access to the number of dislikes on any video. How it works is that the addon takes the ratio of likes/dislikes left by users of the addon and calculates roughly how many dislikes the video might have had if it was still showing.
It can be decently accurate. It can also be very inaccurate. There's really no way of knowing.
There's a plugin for that. Not sure if it still works though.

@@ajbone5188 Well engineered, well placed, properly maintained nuclear reactors provide stable base load power, and should be paired with energy storage to make up for their weak point: they are slow to ramp up & down to meet peak & slack demands. By no means am I discounting hydro-electric, wind, solar, or tidal energy. We need to use every tool in the toolbox at this point. Oil will continue to have its place in manufacturing as a component ingredient/ lubricant, but its time as a fuel is over.

Look, I think you lot just need to accept that the public hates you, and for good reason. At this stage there's no marketing spend that's going to change that. So either accept that you're hated, and that you're an industry whose relevance and profitability will steadily fade year by year, or take your money and put it into renewables, and you can both ensure you stay as a profitable company, and as a bonus, be able to sleep at night.
