I like to imagine that Jeff reached out to these creators months in adavance telling them he was preparing an April fools video, but the true joke was on them because he waited nearly a whole month to release it and now it's just a regular video set in the Dragon's Tomb canon... Brilliant!
The reality is that he probably reached out in advance of April fools, hoping he'd release it that day, but people didn't get back to him until much later. So here we are, weeks later. Still a funny vid though!
The problem with playing Luton Sightseeing is that you get so much into the game that you imagine you really are in Luton, seeing all the amazing sights there. Then the game ends and you come crashing back to reality, and the grim reality of your own surroundings. I just wish I could actually live in Luton and have those sights around me every day.
Wow thanks for the warning. I’m a very sensitive type and I don’t think I could take that kind of a letdown. Even just hearing about the game and seeing those real life photos of Luton made my own surroundings seem oppressive and prison-like. Probably why this game is banned in places like Mallorca and Hawaii.

Great list, although I'm kinda disappointed that almost everyone picked a well-known game that is already in BGG Top 100. I was really looking forward to discovering some hidden gems... :(
Every time I hear these top board game lists, I get so frustrated with the creators' raving about games they early access to. Some of these will not be released for decades. It's like they're just shoving their privilege in our faces. By the time the average gamer gets access to Bathtime Bubble Babies, it will be old news.
Sylvania Families The Blood Wars was the perfect introduction game for when my kid was 6 years old. The years of therapy was worth it now that I have another gamer at home that can appreciate my 100s of unplayed games on the shelf.
What a great line-up! Amazing you got EVERY board game channel on RUclips 😅 Surprised no one mentioned “Don’t Wake Mommy, She Has a Headache”, which is my #1 game. It’s a 1-7 player game where players do whatever they want while making as little noise as possible. Too much noisy, and Mommy wakes up sending everyone to their rooms for the rest of the day… or at least an hour. And don’t expect her to cook dinner, you’re in your own.
