My dad passed away three years next month, he spent decades and hundreds of thousands of dollars through donations building churches and homes for the Haitian people, feeding thousands as well as housing many Haitians in our homes since I was a teenager. Of his 40+ trips to the beautiful nation of Haiti, with me accompanying him almost a dozen times, his love for the people there grew exponentially! I miss my friends living there deeply.
