- Daisy Kagendo now 27 years old, is a widow. Her husband, Mbugua died when she was only 24 years old.
Mbugua had been her boss and the two married, in what she describes as love at first sight. He came into her life, when she was a young girl, just at her time of need after losing a number of jobs, he offered her a job and the rest was history.
Her joy was short lived, because shortly after they got their first child, Mbugua fell ill and in less than three days he lost the fight.
What was left for the young mother?
