- When Mary Mbuvi told us she was staying in a rental house worth Ksh.25,000 and she had not paid for an entire year, we all thought this was a big joke. To top it up, she said the Landlord had never insulted or demanded pay and she will be forever be grateful
What many people do not know is the landlord in question, Mr.Joshua was nursing his mother and sick wife and bills were pilling in hospital yet he never bothered Mary.
He sold almost all his livestock to pay for the bills but unfortunately he lost his mother.
His wife is slowly recovering and all they have is love for Mary and her children. Mr. Joshua still insists he will not chase Mary out of the house until God changes her life
Lynn Ngugi and the wonderful team at Optiven Group paid him a visit and this is the story behind the man that has rightfully earned the title, "Landlord from heaven"

I also have a nice landlord and mind you he is an agent bt he has been understanding me for 6months and when i decided to move out he sacrificed his time and resources since he live far away to come and ask me why am moving or what's the matter,,and when he heard i was going back to my mom's place he said that's like stagnating my life so he let me stay and to pay when ready...God bless you wherever you are

Joshua is a humble human being, Blessing upon him and his offspring's.
This man is Godly and he will for sure reap blessings. I can only imagine after all Mary went through with people being so inhuman towards her and her kids. Yet Mr Joshua became her blessing..mimi tu namuombea na Familia yake na watoto wake na kizazi chake Baraka zisizoisha milele.
This interview demonstrates that there are still a few good people in this world of evil. Many landlords would have hired goons and auctioneers to evict this lady minus every item in the house. Incidentally, i know Joshua, but i didn't know he is such a great man. We are both accountants and we used to sit for CPA exams together as he worked at the University of Nairobi.
