New Shock Absorber from 1AAuto.com 1aau.to/ia/1ASHA00484
This video shows you how to install new rear shock absorbers from TRQ on your 2009-2013 BMW 328i xDrive. Shock absorbers help your vehicle stay stable and safe. Signs of worn out shocks are knocking or bumping noises, loose handling, or a bouncy or bumpy ride. The typical service life of a shock absorber is 50,000 miles, depending on conditions. TRQ shocks and struts are engineered to fit your vehicle perfectly.
This process should be similar on the following vehicles:
2009 BMW 328i xDrive
2010 BMW 328i xDrive
2011 BMW 328i xDrive

Great video
Great Video.
Magnificent 👍🏼
When it comes to a E92 2012 bmw 328i xdrive coupe N52 do I need a lower shock mount or just an upper shock mount if I’m looking to replace all rear shock components
Thank you
FCP Euro has a video on a way easier way to replace them for anyone that doesn’t want to do way more extra work than is needed!
The description says that this video describes replacing Rear Shock Absorbers 2009-2013 BMW 328i xDrive. Not true. E9X rear shock absorbers don't mount like these. I wish they did. But the e9X rear shock absorber upper mount can only be accessed from inside the car. Lower mount is different than this video too.
Those are not E90 rear shocks this isn't a E90 don't waste your time watching the video
That is not how you do shocks
Thanks!
You are not torquing anything, since you hit it with the impact tool and already bottom out each nut and bolt Torque wrench does nothing. And by the way, nice cross thread on the top bolt for the shock top.
