To be fair unlike other gaming communities, cs community don't like changes. Once the tick rate problems of the game got fixed I think the community don't mind if it is just a big update.

The main difference ive noticed from watching gameplay of CS2 is they turned the brightness up and now i can actually tell whats happening

Damn i genuinely felt sad for number 2. About how we are faced with games that we sometimes didn't ask for.
Some of those examples were bad like fornite and cod. Also its usually a better version of said game. No one forcing u to use it. Who asked for overwatch 1 or fornite? No one. It really ain't that serious
@@justinholland6132 nah we did ask for those games. A good battle royal was always on the books but we just didn't know the exact specifications. The games you mentioned were always wanted.

Valve tries to make this game "perfect" so there's so little changes
They don't fix something, they don't add tons of maps, we don't see big new things and changes
And I quite love this, good ole counter-strike experience, never changes. FPS problems bugs me too tho
I used to play csgo a lot since 2016 if not counting the years where my game was a little broken and i could not play for 3 years, I actully like cs2 more and I got my first Red in a case in cs 2 when opening 5 cases so I love it! :)

I haven't played CS since 1.6 and Source. The release of CS2/Source 2 was what brought me back after basically 15 years. I forgot how fun CS can be!

csgo was never really my thing, but i am loving cs2 i can log on and play some comp matches and not even do crazy well and still have fun. The community (so far) has been pretty nontoxic and fun to play with solo q ing.

If you have a decent trust factor, it's pretty nice to play.
Fun Fact: Sen TENZ (The one you showed from the players that have only played Valorant section of the vid at 8:20) Was actually an Ex Semi-Pro CS Player who didnt think he was good enough, so switched to Valorant and became the best Valorant player in the world.
Its not that he wasn't good enough rather he was pushed by the pro community(i mean he wasn't the best of pro players but still people put way too much pressure on him )

Funny how you (accurately) call out CS as being toxic in a video that ended up rather more wholesome than I expected.

I only just started playing it, and i really like it! I never really play global offensive, but cs 2 is in my opinion now my fav fps shooter.
I like CS:GO and the sequel.
I am a fairly new still.
I just wish they would add causal 5v5 matches (so you can actually learn properly) rather then jumping into death matches that got 10+ people in them. Like you jump from completely chaotic matches into very strategic with little to no knowledge.

NGL, CS:GO is the big reason I started playing PC games, watching old comp and how it was such a high skilled game..
With that being said I have ZERO hours on the game lol. Always felt I was wayyy to late to try. may be my time to try as we all know how OW is feeling rn.

The problem with making changes in a game like CSGO is that the game itself is perfectly balanced as it is, and any small mistake can cause it all to fall down, it's like jenga. I'm sure no one realistically expected CS2 to be completely different, because neither was CS 1.6, CS Source, etc. Counter Strike is a concept perfect as is

I think this could’ve been done in an update but I don’t mind that it is a new game
Do you know *why* the USP-S is better than the P2K? because honestly it isn't that cut and dry. P2K has less horizontal recoil (better spray), an extra bullet, and extra reserve ammo. the USP-S is slightly more accurate on the first shot, and suppressed, but has one less bullet and more random recoil. Their unarmored damage is essentially the same at the ranges you're using them at.
i find that since on pistol rounds im almost exclusively aiming for one taps, the additional recoil and less ammo doesnt even matter
honestly the usp/p2k debate comes down to which feels better to use as the recoil and accuracy stats are nearly identical.
The USP is far more accurate long range, with the ability of not having tracers when shooting through smokes. It however is a lot longer due to the suppressor and that can give out your location behind corners if you're not looking slightly into the wall. In short you're trading stealth and precision for ammo. If you want to find the exact stats you can google "slothsquadron weapon stats sheet" you should find a Google Docs file.
