Sonic runners was a great game. It was basically a celebration of sonic as a character and his series and it's a shame that cooperate meddling and greed like the *roulette wheel* or how certain characters were only obtainable by said wheel. It sucks because I really liked that art style with the black outlines and 3d renders
The sad reality is that Sonic Runners was probably a celebration of the series BECAUSE of the corporate meddling, in the same way that Mario Kart Tour has fan favourite characters and so many skins you would never see in an actual Mario Kart game, all because they are incentive to use the gambling mechanics. They ruin the game, but they also allow us to take a glimpse of what the ideal version would be

9:16 from some videos surfacing online there do exists gameplay of vector and cream (without sound) and cream plays similarly to either sonic or tails, but cheese will fly around collecting rings you may have missed, and it’s a little hard to describe what vector does on the singular, audio-less, video, but I’d assume he is a little heavier to move, but have a higher jump, and, to my knowledge, shadow has no gameplay footage to find, though I’d assume he either plays exactly like sonic/blaze, or has a chaos spear attack similar to the one he has is sonic jump fever
The South America thing kinda makes sense when you consider that Eggman's base in Sonic Adventure is in a jungle with ruins inspired by the Tikal Ruins in South America.

Sonic Runners was the only mobile game that I got so addicted back in the day lol, thank god people brought it back, because it would be depressing to lose it forever. Also Runners Adventure is what I call a Gameloft Moment, the same cheap-ass mobile game devs making the cheapest shit possible

fun fact: the animal names in sonic forces arent bots, their just little kids. the reals bots dont have any trophies (or whatever they are), being replaced for a robot symbol. and the name of the bots is the name of the character they are. example: if the bots character was Charmy, their name would also be "Charmy" and they would have a robot symbol instead of trophies, as i said earlier.
In case anyone was wondering what Tails and Knuckles are like in Sonic Jump, Tails jumps up normally and then slowly descends and knuckles does a drill dive from SA2 but going upwards at a much quicker rate then anyone else.

In my opinion Sonic Racing Transformed on Android is one of the WORST Sonic Mobile Games ever made, Don't play this game this is not worth it for free, Ads are so annoying, Pay to Win, graphics like PS2 or Wii, Black Screen, the Game Crash, controls are horrible, and even worse they removed Sega's favorite characters like: AiAi, MeeMee, Beat, Pudding, Vyse, Gilius thunderhead, NiGHTS, Reala, Danica Patrick, they are missing in this version, and also removed every Tracks from Original Sonic & All-Stars Racing Transformed, playable tracks only 9 Ocean View, Carrier Zone, Dragon Canyon, Seasonal Shrines, Graffiti City, Adder's Lair, Race of Ages, Sunshine Tour, Roulette Road. While Daily challenge only 4 Egg Hangar, Sanctuary Falls, OutRun Bay, and Galactic Parade. And even way much worse it's unplayable for new phones.
i've spent a ridiculous amount of time playing sonic forces speed battle. one of my favourite things about it is that i've managed to unlock almost every character without spending any money which is nice :) but i do get frustrated at the fact that some charaters are way more overpowered than others, zazz in particular (i hate racing against him so so much)
