Hey, can you tell me where you learned all that? i often have the feeling that youtube tutorials explain too less to really understand... its more like "i can reproduce what i saw"...
I totally agree with this and feel the same way when I do tutorials but if you look at what you have learnt after all of that. This was fantastic for learning how the node editor works and showing how to create a wet or distorted floor also implementing images into shapes etc. The real skill is being able to use your own imagination and create something original with the skills you have learnt from the tutorial. Good luck.
The User Manual I find is usually the best place to start. Octane`s user manual is pretty easy to follow and it has mini tutorials so that you can immediately practice what you have learned. Afterwards the tutorials make more sense.
Definitely not the lamest breakdown I have seen. Thanks for making it; I did learn new things.
I loved it, thanks a lot for making this! More Octane tuts will be welcomed! Again, thanks!!

Автор, на превью, все окей. На рендере сферы нет. Как починить?
The author, in the preview, is okay. There is no sphere on the render. How to fix it?
@dsfkj я там какой-то костыль придумал, уже не помню. Склонировал сферу, чето пошаманил...
Сделал чтобы типо было видно так, но на самом деле там не так xD
