no that was a "prediction/should be plus moveset" vid by the ink tank. though ben should be in the game. and the animaniacs. but ben IS in brawlhalla so they may have the rights. thats probly one of the reasons season 1 steven and garnet are here and not theyre future designs. those are in brawlhalla. (though steven is only seen on the select screen and in one attack, since its actually stevonnie.)

Scorpion: Assassin
Neutral special - Fire ball. The more you charge the ball the more powerful it will be
Down special - Teleport. Teleport to a teammate or an enemy
Up special - NO ESCAPE! Scorpion grabs the opponent from the air and slashes the opponent on the ground, when on cooldown scorpion just slashes the air
Side special - GET OVER HERE! Pull the enemy towards you which also stuns

Neutral Special-Rigby Launch.Just Like Tom and Jerry.Went Mordecai can Launch Rigby To Opponent
Down Special-Summoner Allies. They Summon Pixel Game Character at Times into the Arena
Up Special-Death Jump.Can Jump on the Trampoline and even Death Jump reach to the arena
Side Special-Cart Rush.Mordecai and Rigby Ride the Golf Cart or Space Cart can dash attack to the Roster just like Wario's Motorcycle
