I respect the way they chose to present the classic looney tunes characters. The voice acting is nearly identical to the originals, and they successfully translated the classic 2-d style into a 3-d form in a way that doesn’t try to “modernize” that 30s-60s style. And most importantly, they DIDNT TRY TO MAKE TOM AND JERRY TALK. I get frustrated when modern re-imagined Tom and Jerry films/shows make them talk for the sake of a joke. The magic of the original was the ability to create quality humor without relying on dialogue.

I'm a Smash bros fan checking out Multiverses but I find it disappointing they don't have their own victory music that matches their respective series
Yeah, but they have better voice interactions, and some have their own maps with multiple themes on one map.
Let's be honest, despite the orchestra, the overall composition of the music in this game pretty underwhelming.

Also what is that “Upcoming characters” list? Godzilla and Hermione have /not/ been revealed or hinted at, and Jack only got teased at most with his sword in the trailer.
They are leaked like Jason was leaked earlier.

@@BenGun As far as I can find, there are no such leaks for these two. At most we have Godzilla, who had files referring to him /temporarily/ within the Open Beta back in 2023, which were promptly removed and leaving us in the dark as to whether or not Godzilla ended up being scrapped. Hermione on the other hand just never existed as far as I can see, so I have no idea where you’re pulling them from.
idk if she's actually an upcoming character or not but imagine they put hermione in the game and make her like a support character or something, that would be hilarious

What is it with this game and the lasso of truth being used as a jump rope?
Look at these characters from the show and movies appeared in this game. I forgot. I grew up liking cartoons, movies and games together. I've seen and played great ones.
If you win as wonder woman on the rick and morty map, her skipping rope is syced to the beat of the music
It would be nice if they also gave alternate lose and win animations as rewards, also i would've reworked Wonder woman(less sword and shield and more embassador of peace and add the tiara boomerang with a classic costume) and Shaggy (less meme and more references for the series) gameplay,

It goes by the stage you win on, not character.
