- Hey guys! During these last few weeks of quarantine I have been trying to find ways to stay active, productive and honestly just SANE! It's hard staying in for so long but I have finally narrowed it down to my most helpful tips. I do want to say that even since I've been doing these I have STILL had both good days and bad day. The point of this vid is honestly just to be gentle on yourself. Productivity is not what it one was...and that's okay! Hope this helps!

I mean people just use psychological terms without actually knowing what it means for real. They don’t do it thinking they know the true meaning and maybe it’s bc they want te refer their behavior to them but .. idk it’s risky. I am studying psychology at Uni and when I hear people saying « it’s like he’s bipolar.. » and else I just cringe

Out of the whole video (which was aesthetically pleasing and makes me want to be more productive) my favorite thing is that fact that you and your roommates all sit down to have dinner and have family time. That is such a sweet thing to do and not something I’ve seen a lot of other youtubers who live with their roommates do. 🤍
Hey, I know staying hydrated is very important but consistently drinking 4 liters of water every day isn't that great for the kidneys... It's best to drink around 1.5 to 2 litters of water a day, and to drink whenever feeling thirsty, but forcing yourself to drink 4 litters every day is actually not that good for your health in the long run
Thank you for the comment since not a lot of people know that drinking excessive amounts of water is really bad for you. Nothing should be taken to an extreme 💕
I think it really depends on the person, if she’s been doing this for a long time, she may have adapted, but 🤷🏻♀️💖
@@lily0987 Actually no, I'm in med school and considering the kidneys' working system, 4 liters is dangerous. For the moment she may not see the effects, but by 40 she may need some kidney surgery 😢
The right amount is 1-2 liters a day 😄
Yes, drinking too much water actually can dehydrate you and flushes out all the minerals your body needs
6 or more liters of water can actually kill you

I love how she first showed us how we can be productive but at the end shoes that it's ok to rest and it doesn't have to be perfect. Really liked that because u don't always see that in these types of vids🤗💕

Loved this vlog was like this a couple of weeks since with the cleaning - so thank you for the motivation. Have kept up keeping the house tidy - especially making my bed in the morning - has helped me work more productively!

Aw, when you mentioned the thing about the dogs, my heart jumped a few drops down because my family took down our dog recently, because he was biting anneighbour 💔 I am glad I have my cat still, and people have no idea how good those animals make you feel!! It is just so typical that my dog had to be taken down at this time, but at least that whole scary and sad situation made me feel a little less worried about the whole virus thing. And I am not getting insane 😅 stay safe everyone reading this.

I literally relate to you so much it's crazy!! I can't work in an environment unless it's clean like I deep clean the whole living room and my room and I also have been making my bed every morning, and it's helping me so much feel so much prepared and productive for the week ahead! I love the organization/deep cleaning videos but also I good app is called plant nanny. You take care of a little plant and then every time you drink a certain amount of water you log it it’s amazing I love it. I have been drinking WAY more water I feel so amazing because of it!!!!
