We all know everyone is here because they searched up if its allright to drink while working out
How’d you know our secret 😂😂😂😂
Just worked out, I need to know this
@@joshuakaufmann4081 me2
I was looking up why 1 beer after working in the sun all day makes me feel so much better
I’d rather drink a beer than an energy drink with a lot of sugar
yeap
True actually 1 beer a day after working out don’t go binging on beer through is actually healthier than 1 sugary ass energy drink with lots of added sugars to it
I’m so annoyed with this argument against energy drinks these days. People don’t realize that like 90% of the energy drinks on the shelves these days are either sugar free with 0 calories, or just contain way less sugar than they used to. Now there’s no legitimate argument against them proving they’re bad. Other than if a person were to drink several in one day or every single day. It’s no different than drinking several cups of coffee every day though.
@@kevinthelaststylebender1361 you guys are thinking of energy drinks with an old school mentality. I drink energy drinks pretty much daily and haven’t had one that contained any sugar for like the last 10 years. Or even any calories for that matter.
@@chasepotter2376 they are bad, they have many synthesized ingredients that are not natural. You drink one and they still effect your body the same way as if they had sugar. Like eating rice it effects your body like sugar but it does not have sugar.
"No but im about to do a 12 Oz curl"😂😂
The key is to drink the beers before the workout. This way your feeling good with liquid courage to workout harder, push one more rep - fatter gainz. If you get to cocky and hurt your self real good, oh well, we are all learning here, tone back the beers for next time
There you go this dudes know what he’s talking bout
FUCK YEAH BROTHER💪🇺🇸🍻
Im a labour worker and that feel good thing really boosts my strength.
I usually have hard time lifting 60 kg rebars but when im drunk af, i lift them like nothing but the only problem is i get so cocky and try to lift more, i might trip and fall if im too drunk.
Drinking a depressant before a workout isn’t a good idea if you like being uninjured

I just did a workout, I'm slamming an IPA watching this lol
I'm for reasonable amounts. 1 maybe 2 beers, ok. Specially if you're miserable for not doing what you like.
But if you can't stop drinking until you're wasted, gains aren't the major concern.
Beer can be good for recovery or for pre workouts due to the vitamin content and carbs. Drink beer before a workout or a few hours before a run. Best you'll ever run and deadlift
I’m sorry, did you just say vitamin content 😂
Drinking alcohol also hinders recovery
Scientists say 3 beers wouldnt do much difference so Yes dont drink more than 3 beers
@Holdma' Beer everything is a bunch bullshit, it all depends on your bodys metabolism, i maybe drink 16 beers throughout the week and have been making gains, it only lowers testerone if you drink a whole bottle of liquir or a whole 24 pack in one day every day
@Holdma' Beer lol
also hinder u from getting a animeavatar

I drink half pint after workout and sauna not all the time but like 3 times a month and i still have amazing six pack 👌
Well said 👏
Half a pint whats the point? I don't even think we sell half pints in aus
Who tf drinks half a pint?
@@scottfetter9317 I do is there is anything wrong with half pint?
BEER IS GOD'S WAY OF SAYING I LOVE ❤️ YOU
Really? God wants you to drink something that leads to drunkenness?
@@W81Researcher Many religious people will decide for themselves what God desires in order suit their needs and comforts. You can't have a rational argument or conversation with someone like this (or even most religious people who do follow the right rules).
@@Max-jm6md what? I don't drink beer. The Bible speaks against drunkenness. I happen to know lots of Christians that avoid alcohol. Btw the Doctors are woke liberals here. I can't have a rational conversation with Christians about not drinking beer. Based on what?
Sports drinks are marketed sugary drinks with caffeine and taurine added in it. These also cause dehydration just like beer. The best preworkout meal is Medium GI and low fibre food with some easy to digest protein food.
So thoughts on gatorade
they dint even drink. lightweights...
Beer is food.
Beer is life
Lmao
@@qwerty6383 absolutely!! 😂😂
There is so much blah blah.
Can someone just answer the simplest question please. I like beer for its taste and I LOVE exercising. I don't exercise for my looks, I don't exercise for results - I couldn't care less if I'm the last finisher on a local race. I exercise because I love it! I can run 10 miles on my own along the river or cycle 100 miles after a stressful day at work to some random town and take a train back just because I enjoy the process and being outdoors. Is beer(I don't drink any other alcohol) going to do any harm? Thank you.
I wish someone would answer you on this because that’s what I came here to find out.
As seen on tv. As real as it gets 😂😭😭
I honestly would rather drink a pint of beer rather than a pint of sugary Coke.
Beer ❤
IPA and lifting feels pretty great tbh but I know it's lowering gains.
How do you know ?
I love cerveza 🍺 ❤
It works but only after a workout!!!
I mean it does help with biking did for me but it can he bad if u keep it up constantly just here and there and I noticed it boosts u just got to know what ur doing eat right sleep right and workout properly
After I workout I drink less beer. Serotonin comes from both and its takes less beer to enjoy yourself after a workout.
Ok ill try it..😁😁
Cute babe
@@tylerg5140 haha 😂
Its non-alcoholic beer that is touted as isotonic. 0% alcohol, natural ingredients, electrolytes, b-vitamins, and they are more refreshing than a sugary soft drink. Mikkeller Racing Beer & Erdinger Alkoholfrei are good examples.
Not good for muscle gains. If you want carbs then have some fruit/honey. I noticed a significant change in gains when I stopped drinking regularly. That includes weekly drinks. A handful of times each year only
Not worth the sacrifice though
@@qwerty6383 yes it is. You sleep better and have more energy/cognitive function. Easier to wake up too. It's like having a natural high all day long.
@@jholeify I can have 2 pints in a night and not have any problems the next day, I think the over drinkers would have more of a problem.
What's the difference the both have alot of sugar ... Sugar is one of the hardest to get out your body because it becomes fatty etc?
Milk is for babies, when you grow up you've gotta have beer
I couldn’t agree more😁Prost 🍻
I actually got dumber watching this clip
Stick to pre workout bros save the henny and the beer for the weekends
I drink beer.. no reason.. just being a sigma male
Yeah I like drinking beer after a workout
I'd rather drink a beer, than listen to that Sonia clam and her shrill voice for another second. Try both and you tell me which is less healthy!
beer is carbohydrates which our muscle likes for its recovery
A sentence that summarise il all : LIVE LIFE IN MODERATION TO YOUR BODY, period.
When you do to much of something and it does hurt you , what is that your tiny winy brain tell you ???? exactly . Enjoy life today might be your last day.
I like to drink beer while I'm walking doing my cardio lol the only downside I have is I have to pee a lot and find a place where nobody is around lol
Pho I do I do it while working out
Overall, probably not a good beer to drink beer regularly after a workout. But a beer is a nice treat occasionally after a good run.
I feel like Its a wasted work out if I drink after a work out
....i thing...i thing...
“Beer drinking WEIGHT SLAYER “
There is no positive thing that comes drinking beer or hard liquor.....none
Well, alcohol has been around since the beginning of time. I’d rather have a beer than a sugary Coke.
That's not a beer.
I’m not aware of any of the evidence that your body would benefit from drinking after a workout. Alcohol processing will inhibit muscle protein synthesis according to the majority of literature I have come across.
We live in a messed up society.
That's what google says.
Is this segment a joke?
You guys miss the muh fucken question… idc if beer is healthy after a work out… I wanna know if I can work out even tho im already drunk?… duhh tf
