sir i have done bms (HR) with 8.4 cgpa...part time job krtha tha but salary is very low and it is not proper HR job bass college ka fees bharne kaliye krtha tha...!! So sir should i continue my education and complete MBA or do proper job in a company and after 3 years i will pursue mba? Mba krke direct 5 LPA ka avg pkg mil raha hai sir...!! So kya karu sir risk lu loan leke? I don't have any backup

Extra currricular me mai bc sab me tha almost tab jake laga MBA mt kar vo bhi avg college se toh nhi mera package axa he toh mughe jarurat nhi ha even IIM se bhi nhi jo ki mere small hi niklene jisse max 15 lpa milega itna toh mughe hike mil jata . MBA mat kr or jo mene internship boli voh kr le 8 CGPA maintain rakhna and extracurriclar . MBA kr na hai toh sirf top 40 colllege se 90 percentile wrna 4-5 se 7-8 toh experience se hi pahunch jayega . mughe dubai se bhi aa rhe hain offer mai next year jata india me growth km hai phier 2-3 saal bad 2 year USA ka experience leke india 1CR toh easy ha phir next 8-10 years phir khud ka dhanda bhencho ....

Sir actually I took a 1 year gap right after my graduation for mba entrance exam preparations but after preparation and give exams i was only getting tier 3 and 4 colleges and fees was touching 12 lakhs then I made a very hard decision to quit and upskilling myself for job because I thought it wouldn't be worth it because the only way to fund my mba was from education loan , i wanted to do mba finance but couldn't because salary package what they were offering was not even 90% of my fees that's why i quit mba plan because of financial issues also and decided to upskill myself for finance jobs by doing financial modelling etc so this course will take another 4 months to learn it properly so I will have total of 1.5 years gap after graduation so will it affect my chances of getting jobs or interviews? i am worried about this can you please let me know? It will be so helpful for me.
