I want to share with you a recipe for my favorite bread. The recipe is very simple and quick. All the necessary products are simple and inexpensive, which can be found at any time and in any kitchen. Lesia's Bakery. Despite the simple method of preparation, the bread always turns out to be very tasty and soft. This bread is made very quickly. In this recipe, I'll show you how to do it.

Let's make soft homemade bread!
No eggs, no milk!
Subscribe, like and cook!
Bread recipe and ingredients:
2 tablespoons of sugar.
9 grams of yeast.
300 ml of warm milk.
Mix well.
1 egg.
Write from which country or city you are watching my video.

450 g of wheat flour, add gradually.
1 teaspoon of salt.
Mix the ingredients.
Add the rest of the flour.
Continue kneading the dough.
30 g of soft butter.
Knead a soft dough.
Cover the dough and let it rise for 1 hour.
Grease a baking dish with a diameter of 22 cm with butter.
Lubricate the table with vegetable oil.
Form one ball.
Let's make delicious soft bread!
Place the bread in the baking dish.
Cover with cling film and leave the bread to rise in a warm place for 30 minutes.
Make holes in the bread.
Brush with an egg.
Sprinkle with sesame.
Bake the bread in an oven preheated to 180°C for 25-30 minutes.
The bread came out very tasty and soft!

I was always taught to knead my bread with flour but kneading with oil makes it so much more soft and much easier clean up!
Really? I can clean flour with 1 wiping. Oil needs wiping 7-8 times.
It also adds extra fat to your dough. Unsaturated fats, like vegetable oils reduce loaf volume. Whereas saturated fats strengthen the gas trapping ability of the dough and increase volume. In short you risk throwing your carefully designed recipe off. With practice neither flour nor oil are required, but if you need one a little flour, or misting the work top with water are best. I hope this is helpful.

Po co pisac chleb w kilka minut! Wiadomo ze ciasto drozdzowe musi wyrosnac, a to nie treatment few minutes.
Bo pokazane w 8 minut a od początku do końca to wyrabianie z 20 min + w sumie 1.5 h rośnięcia + pieczenie. Wyrastanie można przyspieszyć wkładając do lekko nagrzanego piekarnika do około 35 stopni Celcjusza. Nie da się zrobić chleba w parę minut.
