Very sad. The state of Vermont is not the usual habitat for this species. So most of the local population has no idea what they are in for. Were we live we learned a long time ago to avoid and run the other way.

No it’s not. The victim is my best friend’s husband’s former boss. The suspect is severely mentally ill & they shouldn’t have accepted her as a resident there. The house is primarily for people recovering from alcohol use.
She loved that diversity. 😊
