    Very impressive well-made video. I have the same vehicle and the same need with a wheel set in mind. I wish you all were local to me here in the Maryland area. I guess I could always do a road trip once the gas prices chill out again. I will check out your website for the part list you mentioned. Thanks again and take care.

    So why didn’t you change out rear shocks?? Didn’t you add spacers on the axle

    I had the 3.5” sst lift on my 2019 ram. And the front is just above 38” from ground to bottom of fender. The rear gianed a true 2” lift and is at 41” in height. Prior to having it installed the front was right at 38” with my 2” leveling kit. Why did I not gain any addition lift in the front??

    Does this truck need a differential drop kit to keep the cv axles straight?

    So how tight do you tighten the 4 rear control arms after the springs are in, and did you do a alignment once everything was together? I've also been told the front control arm needs to be tighten once the truck is on the ground so it dont wipe out the bushings, is there any truth to this?

    Do you have a video for installing a 3inch Fabetech lift for 2020 Dodge Ram 4x4 Laramie?

    • @BreakersStereo
      @BreakersStereo  4 года назад

      No not yet.....but if it’s the
      FAB-K3168 it’s has the same components. So this video should help out. The only thing difference is that this was a 2WD so we didn’t install the diff spacers.

    • @rgotchu
      @rgotchu 4 года назад

      I installed the K3167 and brought the truck to a good stance. I noticed that the measurements from the tire to the fender in the back is about 9.5 inches and the front is about 7.5. I thought that the numbers would be even but I only assumed that the kit was also a leveling kit. This is a 2020 Dodge Laramie.

    • @BreakersStereo
      @BreakersStereo  4 года назад

      @@rgotchu Did you noticed that much of a difference before you installed the kit? Yeah that kit is just spacers and a arms so I the only thing that could have caused the difference is the a-arm? Have you contacted Fab tech to see why ? We didn't notice a difference in the one we did with the ReadyLift kit

  • @TheBillykurtz
    @TheBillykurtz 4 года назад

    On the ready lift website they said this would fit 35x12.5 on 20x9. From what you can see is this realistic. I worry about the tire hitting the upper control arm and or rubbing.

    • @BreakersStereo
      @BreakersStereo  4 года назад +1

      Ok in the video we used the factory tires but if you look at the thumb nail we changed out to tires to 35x12.50 20 on the stock 20s. I want to say they are 20x9 or maybe 8.5 wide and if I had to guess on the offset I would say +15..... so as long as you stay within those parameters you should be good. There was no rubbing on the upper a arm and we didn’t have to trim.

    • @brandonperschon449
      @brandonperschon449 4 года назад

      I also installed the 3.5 ready lift and installed 35x12.5x20s on the stock rim. I only had to trim the far inside of the splash guard I installed.

      @@martinsuarez1870 I have a video uploaded on my channel. Should be able to find it by searching for me. However I am going to be removing the ready lift set up very soon. I explain some of the reason in my video but basically I don't like the ride at all and it is very noisy. Started squeaking really bad recently. Although I'm dropping down to a 2.5" level I'm super excited to be getting a Carli performance package installed on it. It's a lot more money but I love the truck and want to love the ride. To me that's more important than the look.
