You were right down from me. I'm in Hampton, VA. If you haven't been to Williamsburg yet, make a point to go there. We have a number of museums in Hampton and the historic Phoebus area.
Makes me smile to see you in beautiful weather, and not one limp from little leaf! Such a neat campground, love all the trees... but definitely looks like tick country.
Wow Kate and little leaf what a fact packed interesting episode! The great big biggest snuggles to little leaf.. she is just so adorable you just want to eat her up with love. Thank you for another amazing vlog.. they're always short but the production value is awesome!💔 safe and happy travels p.s. We use to live right on the Chesapeake Bay in Essex. I sure don't remember the water being that pretty blur/green like certain parts of FL. that aren't the intense blue-green at all! Strange
I'm from Gaithersburg, Md. love the area, history, art. We spent many a summer crossing the bay to the beaches. In my 20's I learned to sail and REALLY saw the Bay. The whole area is home and I love it!! Living in Tx now, you are making me homesick, lol.
That was nice of those people to give you & Sweet Leaf a ride through the tunnel. Glad to see you both having a great time. Sweet Leaf loves to pose for the camera. She's so adorable 🧡 Safe travels to you both.
Hi again KATE Beautiful pics and another gorgeous beach. Must be a nice change to not see so many people. You do for sure find some of nature's best places. More nice folks with some kindness to share yay. They even knew you like a breakfast sandwich just the way you like it. Enjoy the gorgeous ocean while you can before going inland. Will be interesting to see the start going inland and where it will be. Happy to see LL's leg isn't hurting anymore. Thx as always stay safe and catcha next one...
Glad to see Little Leaf’s leg is feeling better! She’s such a sweet tiny little goatling ❤️❤️❤️ does she have a double coat? It doesn’t look like it, which would make those coats very important. My little girl is an orphan from our feral goats here in the PNW of Canada; she got a wooly undercoat for the winter, and has soft long guard hairs, and a sort of Mohawk of long fur down her back. Her new goat friend, Jimmy is all coarse hairs though I wanted to get him a winter jacket.
There's an island at Niagara Falls (American side) called Goat Island but there's no goats there either ☹ I saw where you collect feathers for your "gypsy" trailer but do you collect sea shells off the shores too?
The Chesapeake Bay Bridge tunnel is freaking amazing! Welcome to Virginia Beach 💕 you are probably long gone by now, but I hope you had a great time here!
Wow, bringing back memories. I was there 30 years ago with my little daughters. There used to be a neat light house in that park/campground right near the Bay outlet into the Atlantic. Here we are in the year 2022 - over 400 years later and I think this has to be the first goat landing. First goat landing park and campground has a better "ring" to it I would say. Thanks for the memories!
Well it's thundering and raining in Arkansas right now and my baby dachshund has wrapped himself around my neck scared to death poor little fur baby. He's not a baby he's 17 years old but he still acts like one I don't think they ever stop haha like I said let me know if I can make a drop for you somewhere I don't know how that works
Well Mama feathers do you have a link on how to send you a drop for merchandise / food? Or have you already set that up before you left on your trip? Just let me know post a link whatever I'll be glad to set up a drop if I'm able I don't exactly understand how those things work but I will figure it out because I love Little Leaf 🤗❣️
Each video…there’s always something you do or say that makes me smile! 👍 Tanks, pal! 😊
People certainly have been kind to you and Little Leaf. It stems from your wonderful personality. The stills at the end are gorgeous.

I think that tunnel comes out at Newport News Virginia if it's the tunnel I'm thinking of
It was the Chesapeake Bay bridge tunnel
