G'day Troy. I don't know if you remember me but 30 years ago I went to Catherine Mcauly with a few other Koorie students and I sang Dream Out Loud with you in front of the whole school, I also painted a Mural with Your Beautiful Mum. Well, My son His name is Jalamara, and he was the artist who animated your cartoon for your Ninganah Lullaby recently. I thank the Lord for the blessing you and your family have been in my family's life. May God bless your beautiful soul.

I went to uni with her. She was in my painting class. She did some ochre painting, spraying the paint through her fingers to create the image of hands. Then I did casual teaching at South High where Troy was. She talked about Troy all the time. So did the school students & teachers so proud of him. Keep up with your art to tell your stories.

@@razsbags I love how a person can have a positive lasting memory in one's life. We used to mix sand with the paint to create a rough sandy texture and she would tell us stories about the art that the prisoners she worked with would create that she loved. It was very important to me because it gives a prisoner a human character and not a label from the system. She was truly beautiful.
