The gratitude training sounds awkward but is very effective for people that are goal oriented but have no satisfaction as soon as they reach their goal. And if you are also in the upper half of the "0% - 100% ADHD" scale what can happen to you work hard for 1 goal for 2-4 weeks and then burn yourself out to death so you go do something else. This happens for the whole year and then you ask yourself "what have I accomplished this year?". It feels like nothing. So learning to appreciate the progress is key to the negative sides of these traits which will otherwise bring you down.

Platforms try to tweak their algorithms, creators try to game them effectively, hence platforms roll out new adjustments and so on. And from a creator's point of view, damned if you do (you have to spend time & other resources on keeping up with the new quirks instead of making the content your subscribers know & like), damned if you don't (your content may reach a smaller audience that it might). Hence I was a bit sceptical when I saw your announcement about the split. And your decision to leave everything as is looks wise to me. Anyway, whichever way you choose, I wish you best of luck. Subbed to Habibi Spice ASMR as well, love it, too. By the way, recently I re-watched several of the very first Arab Dad skits. It seems to me that over time the humor became less dry and surreal, and this character's traits grew a little exaggerated... I evolved with canines, meat was part of my ancestral diet, therefore my body expects certain nutrients that are gonna mainly come from meat. That's my take on veganism

@ccbbaaron you said that we're all entitled to choose how and why we go about our lives as long as it doesn't negatively affect other people. I'm suggesting for you to include animals in that. As it is not necessary to kill and eat animals, then I find it difficult to justify. In regards to "humanely" killing animals you also need to consider their lives up until that point, such as animals in factory farms who have very poor quality of life. You can argue that you only eat "ethically" sourced animal products. But the resources and space that takes up is not sustainable for the world's population and at the end of the day still ends in unnecessary death.
@ccbbaaron it's good to defer to the definition of veganism which is to try and cause the least harm as is possible and practicable (this includes people who are unable to survive without animal products due to circumstances). Obviously like you mention that isn't always black or white with regards to feeding a pet for example. But that's more a wider issue which can be addressed by not breeding and domesticating animals for our pleasure or amusement.
