@@macpie28 TL;DR The art style may be really minimalist, but it has enough details in it to give it away as a chiron The swooping, "C" like, line that gives the shape of the door is a clear giveaway that is a Chiron. Veyron has a similar shape going on the side, but the swoop stops abruptly at the bottom corner of the side window, meanwhile the chiron does almost a complete circle and line stops at the side mirror, like the video depiction. Another giveaway detail is the rear bumper, the veyron is really round and undefined, the chiron is a lot sharper and a lot more defined in shape. Should I also mention that the veyron has Golf 5 tail lights, which are round, not slits.

I can see Lexus and Acura being omitted, as they were luxury brands specifically developed within Toyota and Honda to appeal to the luxury car market, but Cadillac and Lincoln were their own companies before joining with GM or Ford. Also, there is zero representation of any Chrysler product on this list.

Literally the part of of VAG that is designed to compete with Merc and BMW, Porsche has taken the spotlight lately because they no longer build sports cars as much as they build luxury GTs that old men like, with big fuck off winged cars for the tweens to fawn over. But prior to that Porsche was the brand for track rats, true enthusiasts who didn’t care about luxury as much as the experience of driving whereas Audi was the luxury brand, and is still seen as that in other parts of the world just not as much the US anymore.
I'll be blunt, there's a searing amount of errors within this video such as the lack of companies that were(In Caddy's case.)/are the luxury divisions of certain brands such as Cadillac, Lexus, Acura and Lincoln. I can see Acura not being mentioned because you can very much argue it is just Honda but companies such as Lexus, Lincoln and Cadillac have distinct models that yes, use the same platforms from Toyota, Ford and GM respectively but these companies make distinct products that their parent companies don't make. There's also a whole load of minor errors that may be bordering on nit-picky, so I'll lay off the criticism for now.

Yeah, there's a LOT of incorrect information in this video. Toyota, Ford, Honda, Volkswagen, Chevrolet, Hyundai, and Subaru are NOT luxury car brands. For VW, they do own certain luxury car companies, but they themselves are not one. Some of the brands mentioned in this video, like Ford and Toyota, do offer certain vehicles that may seem luxurious, but are not true luxury cars. Other ones like Honda, Toyota, and Hyundai have luxury brands under them (Acura, Lexus, and Genesis) that should've either been brought up in the video, or put in place of their parent company. Then of course, there are the other luxury car brands that were completely left out (probably for another part maybe) like Jaguar, Infiniti, Alfa Romeo, Land Rover, and more.

Thats a slight strange explanation for the Ferrari logo (in my opinion). The horse on the Ferrari emblem is the "Stuttgarter Pferd" (horse of Stuttgart), an italian fighter jet pilot used it as a coat of arms out of respect to a german pilot after taking him down. Enzo Ferrari put it on the emblem because it was noble and a count suggested it to him. Not because it represented speed.

So we're glossing over the fact that when mentioned "Mercedes made tank engines" he threw up a picture of a train. @@Adin-h7zyea, I would never say VW isn’t a luxury brand but I also wouldn’t say it is. To me and a lot of others, VW fits the perfect definition of premium like Buick does. VW is obviously elevated from Toyota and Hyundai for example, but other brands in the VAG have more competitive offerings

Thats a slight strange explanation for the Ferrari logo (in my opinion).
The horse on the Ferrari emblem is the "Stuttgarter Pferd" (horse of Stuttgart), an italian fighter jet pilot used it as a coat of arms out of respect to a german pilot after taking him down. Enzo Ferrari put it on the emblem because it was noble and a count suggested it to him. Not because it represented speed.
