I love this moment in the the Bible, so profound 🙌🏻🙌🏻✝️
Nice video. Very interesting take 👍
Thank you! I'm glad you found it interesting. I appreciate your feedback!
Jesus is the Word. Elijah and Moses represent scripture. Jesus in the flesh fulfilling scripture.
Elijah, the prophet, Moses, the law, and Jesus, the way, the truth, and the life.
The Meeting of Jesus and Moses and Elijah in the Mount of Transfiguration refers to,,,as,,, the reminders for us that,,in this Year of the Lord era or the New Testament era,,,, Jesus Christ alone is the Center of Attraction
✝️🙏♥️☀️👑✝️ I believe My Father king Lord Jesus Christ Amen ✝️🙏♥️☀️👑✝️
Amen! With that kind of belief, I’d say you’re on the VIP list in the kingdom!
Transfiguration has nothing to do with trinity. It was a confirmation by presening Jesus with the greatest of judaism.....no wonder apostles were face down on ground..
You make an interesting point! The Transfiguration is indeed a fascinating event that highlights the significance of Jesus in the context of Judaism. It's always great to dive deeper into these discussions!
The significance of the Transfiguration is that after talking with Moses and Elijah, Jesus is left standing alone. Moses and Elijah have been dismissed, led off stage, and only Jesus is left- transfigured .Then the voice of God is heard saying, ‘’ this is my beloved son, listen to him.’’ In other words do not listen to the other two who are no longer in the picture, and are irrelevant. It is the rejection of Judaism and the elevation of the new wine of the Gospel of forgiveness.
Exactly, Moses represents loyalty & humbling, Elijah represents faithfullness & prophecy. Both came to confort him & confirm his mission before him & his disciple. And they there were shining dazzling white & their faces like the shining Sun.
EL HAJI SESOM (fr)
Small problem. As no man hath ascended to heaven by the word of Christ, this deserves much deeper investigation, by reason of Moses.
God DID NOT GIVE MOSES THE TEN COMMANDMENTS.
He gave them to the Israelites, and they ALL HEARD HIM, thus ,not through Moses, technically not the law of Moses, thus, Mt. 4:4, 22:36-40.
Matthew 22
Jesus said unto him, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind.
This is the first and great commandment.
And the second is like unto it, Thou shalt love thy neighbor as thyself.
On these two commandments hang all the law and the prophets.
You need to understand "On these two commandments hang all the law and the prophets." to answer Why Jesus Met Moses and Elijah on the Mount of Transfiguration.
Spoiler alert " Need to be in the Holy Spirit to understand.
Can you explain Peter’s comments during the transfiguration?
Jesus meet Moses and a Elijah significant Moses represents the dead saint and Elijah represents living saint.when when Christ returns those are dead who represent Moses and those living saint both will meet Christ on the sky .
read it iin hebrew also...
I wonder where Moses came from. He died and God burried him. So we would expect his soul to be in sheol resp. hades. When did Moses ascend to heaven?
Jesus met the SPIRITS of Moses and Elijah because he knew then that because of the failures of John the Baptist, his family and the Jewish leaders for not uniting and following Jesus, that Jesus hand no other choice but to then go to the Cross to give at least give spiritual salvation, leaving physical salvation for the next messiah, the Lord of the Second Advent, 2,000 years later.
The corn. Your interpretation of the symbols of the mount of transfiguration and what those symbols give reference to, is so far off it’s unbelievable! Elijah represents how the second Advent of the SPIRIT! of Jesus Christ, is going to occur, and Moses represents a outer experience of a inner reality, of how the deliverance of the wise virgins, will take place in the judgment. You can look at principalities and powers as being the PHARAOH, and you can look at Moses and the Spirit of Elijah in John the Baptist, as being the same concept concerning the SPIRIT! of grace as The Spirit Of Truth, and you can look at the church in Jesus Christ, as being ISRAEL, and you can look at the Wise virgins, as being JUDAH, and you can look at the transfiguration to the white rope, that’s taking place within the JUDGMENT, and you can look at the mount itself, as representing The Theology Of The Structure Of God, in The Spirit Of Truth, and you can look at the foolish virgins, as being those who remain as ISRAEL. I lie not against God, God is in me as the truth. I have told you the truth. Welcome to the dispensation of The Spirit Of Truth.
Stop theorizing. The conversation which took place is not presented in the Bible. It’s a revelation of many things
I appreciate your perspective! It’s interesting to explore the ideas that aren't explicitly stated in the text and see what revelations can emerge from them.
The narration mentions "faith". "Belief" is the same as "faith" and "hope." Those are all subjective, personal feelings that do not have any provable, fact-based evidence that shows that God is the cause. So too are the tall tales that are the unsupported mythology that are designed to make humans feel good.
Rather than “make humans feel good”, try “give humans an opportunity to feel good”. As God does not use force as we know it, God’s greatest power is Love and God’s Love is opportunity. Accept it and succeed, ignore it at your own peril!
@@jonathanleonard1152 "As God does not use force as we know it,..."
I understand God has used force in these instances --- As a mass murderer (I'm referring to the nearly entire population of the earth (est. 4 billion) by Noah's flood - as well as killing the populations of Sodom & Gomorrah, The firstborn Egyptians, the massacre of women and children at Jericho and the Egyptian chariot army).
@@darz3829 - yes God does call each of us out of the temporal. Some will call this murder or mass murder. Keep in mind these spirits still exist and most will have another opportunity for temporal life.
@@darz3829 - God does call people from the temporal and this might be called murder. However God does not use force to end a spirit. All those He calls are still alive in the spirit. Some will have opportunity to try again. Now I do understand that you might not agree with each of us having an immortal spirit. However though you speak of belief, Faith and Hope as subjective your thoughts do not remove their reality for me and others who believe. I hope you will come to understand sometime prior to your being called from this temporal life.
@@jonathanleonard1152 "However though you speak of belief, Faith and Hope as subjective your thoughts do not remove their reality for me and others who believe.."
Do you have any provable, fact-based evidence of anything spiritual you say?
And by "evidence" I mean, NOT any hearsay, feelings, faith, beliefs, hopes, coincidences or bible stories written by man
When you see the trinity. You will NOT see 3 persons.....you will only see ONE person. They are all ONE.... Separate and one
That doesn't make sense.
you'll see one being, not one person.

Not abolishing, CONFIRMING the LAW (Torah)
Thank you for your insightful comment! It's great to see others who appreciate the depth and importance of the Torah.
This totally disproves the trinity
How?
The transfiguration has nothing to do with the Trinity! The God of Heaven became human and paid the price for sin with his death on the cross. The transfiguration proves the Trinity rather than disputes it!
Romans 5:10-11 KJV
For if, when we were enemies, we were reconciled to God by the death of his Son, much more, being reconciled, we shall be saved by his life. [11] And not only so, but we also joy in God through our Lord Jesus Christ, by whom we have now received the atonement.
NO, no it doesn't....
@@davidsykes8371the Father sent His Son. The Father didn't send the Father. Why is this confusing for you?
@@stevenleslie8557 it’s not confusing to me. Maybe you should read my posts without imposing your own ideas into it.
It was a vision not an actual event,
